    Hi everyone,

    I was just wondering how much weight loss you had on
    aamw.

    I feel like im being naughty eatin.

    Started cd 25/1/07 weighed 12'12 :(

    1st week lost 6lb
    2nd Week lost 2lb
    3rd week lost 1lb :eek:
    4th week lost 7lb :D

    Don't diet anymore!
    Never feel guilty on AAM!! It is a good break from the norm of SS.

    Most people tend to slow a little due to water retention but you should still lose loads as you are only on around 600 calories a day.

    I lost 3 lb and was really pleased with it:D Its such a small quanity of food that it should make a real difference to your weight loss. It also helps you look at how much things weigh.

    I lost 2lb and then 6lb the following week and that was with doing no exercise :)
