Haha, oh no!! It caught me out not looking at the servings too! The Cambridge book is usually one serving but meals in minutes is two! I'm sure it won't be too bad - just be extra good the rest of the week.

Sometimes I miss out a meal or some fruit but I always make sure I have my two products and a yog. I guess the worst thing about missing something is not getting all the nutrients you need.

Had my toad in the hole without the toad....it was excellent!!

Haha oh well ay. Movvvving on. Will keep eyes peeled more in future!!

Hey!

Today was good. Egg for breakfast, I had my dinner (the pasta dish from the book) at lunch time because this evening I went to the ideal home show and went to Pizza Express, had the mixed leaf salad and dressing on the side...I've suddenly become a very cheap date :p

Todat was mango throughout the day, missed lunch as was out. Frittata for dinner (cluldnt eat all the potato :/) and a yog for pud. :D

What are you thinking for dinner? I'm going to have the Spring Vegetable Risotto but with just plain rice instead of risotto rice. This is my fav I think.

Oooh thats not a bad idea. :) might have that!! Or a salad and put some boiled
potatoes in the oven to crisp up with frylight..
 
I've just seen an advert for chocolate shape yogurts, they're 'low fat'.....reckon they're allowed? X

Duno... Find the ingredients?? If its under (5% i think??) the limit... And has no naughties in them...? Not sure if they class as yogs or puddings tho withlut ingredients lists! X

ah girls! seeing your food diaries is making me so excited! :) i was supposed to start 810 tomoro, but i am away on a residential course with work for the week so have decided to stay ss for another week...(was scared about starting eating without being in control) so will now be starting 810 in another week. but ah well...ive done 12 what harm can another week do?!! ive bought meal in minutes and cannot wait to get cracking!! your both doing so well :) xxxx
 
Hurray! Someone else who will be eating too! I thought I would crumble out of control when it came to measuring the portions and stuff but I always remind myself why I'm doing this and it keeps me on track......kind of! I had a bit of a naughty episode on Friday!

Woohoo a new eater. I was well worried about eating and being out of keto but ive found no change really and rarely eat te full ampunt on 810... Its usually shake brekkie, fruit snacking, shake around 2pm, then evening meal and a yog...so i tend to miss out lunch salad and evening fruit :/
 
I had the spring vegetable risotto but with rice instead of risotto rice.

I had a bad week and put on half a pound.....stupid glass of wine and nibbles!!!

Hey. Now i can actually Post again.. :/...

Ive been having salad, chicken and roasted new potato slices. Yum yum.

Im fed up that my scales arent moving in the slightest. Not even a tiny bit :(
I kno its not in ketosis anymore but ud think purely out of the lack of kcals that id still b losing a bit??

Im struggling to eat the full 1000 kcals.. Cud that b a reason y??

My day tends to be:
Shake (150)
Half my 150 fruit
Shake (150)
Other half o 150 fruit
Dinner (arpund 350)
And a muller light (100)

So thats like max 900. Surely wouldbt make much difference?
 
I had some roasted new potatoes the other day - they were amazing!

I have no idea why it's so crazy, I put on a pound this week which is so annoying! I did have a glass of wine and a few nuts on Friday but I'd like to think I can have the odd glass of wine and 1000 locals and not put on weight! Grrr!

How you doing on the water front? I'm struggling to drink enough, maybe that's part of it? X

I havt had anything off plan at all!!! :( yeah u can hav squash and low cal dribks sk been having flavoured water and squash. Think ive been ok but will b monitoring how much today!!
Ru hoping to lose anymore or r u just working ur way off cambridge?
 
Yep I'm hoping for another 10lb but I want to do it slowly which is why I'm on 1000. I'm moving to 1200 when ive lost another 5 lb.

How about you? Still losing or working your way off? X

How you all getting on? I am starting 810 on Monday. But had a ss+ meal tonight to celebrate getting through 13 weeks of ss.

pan fried seabass with chilli prawns on a bed of lettuce and cucumber. Cooked in one cal spray and with lemon juice as a dressing. herbs used:paprika, chilli flakes and ground pepper.

was amazing. made me realise how quick and simple it is to make tasty,healthy food. Didnt even miss the carbs. :)

Bit ofboth really. Still got 7-10lbs left but im happy to work of now amdxontinue eating halthily in order to slowly drop the rest and tone up.
I thoyght id b 100% happy at the weught i am now... But my whole midriff is 2 inches south of ideal thanks to these kids... So thinf dont fit well if that makes sence? X
