Help needed, from someone who knows a little about excercise and stuff! :character00115::character00115::character00115:

I am on my *week still and today, when I was doing my Kettleworx, I really struggled! To the point that I thought I was going to be pysically sick or litterally faint!! :9529::ambulance::9529::ambulance:

I was wondering if anyone knows if it could be because I am on my * week? Does it effect excercise??

Trying to keep up to date with this thread is becoming a full time job! LOL :8855:

But I would'nt change it for the world! I love how Chatty we are! If we ever did meet up, I think there will be a definate lack of oxygen in the room!! LOL :8855:

Well Done everyone that has lost weight this week! I cant wait to see how much we have lost by Chritmas!! :Christmas02r:

Left you a message on your diary re food diary today and the exercise problem x

Can I ask a red day question?

How do those of you who do red find your losses?

I was very verrry bad and did a sneaky weigh in tonight and I am only down 1.5lbs.
Dont weigh in til Wednesday but meh. A bit disapointed as I have been 110% this week and doing Zumba and all too.

Would I have to keep doing it to see results?

I really thought this week would be a WOW week for loss for me.

I know you will all tell me its only cause its not my actual weigh in day but I'm so impatient! haha

Maybe it would work better to mix your days up instead of sticking to the same plan all week? And do you do a variety of execise or just zumba? I think having a lot of variety works really well if you're worried about your losses slowing down.

Even if the losses slow down if you're still losing and enjoying your food it's the best way :)

Now don't peek again until your proper weigh in! x

Good luck anyone having WI today-let the scales be very kind :D

Hope the course goes great Bubblez.

I am trying to up the fish this week. We had salmon for the first time in ages last night and it was really lovely. Any fishy ideas anyone? It's * week and I really need help to get a good loss for weigh in on Thurs. I'm sure someone tried a lot of fish and lost lots.

I am going away for a week over half term to the Yorkshire Dales and although there will be lots of walking there will be lots of temptation too( am in a cottage so i'll be cooking as normal) so i'm trying extra hard before we go.

Just had a lovely and recommended breakfast of nimble and marmalade and some sharon fruit and raspberries ( half price short date in asda) and some lovely apple and mango yog from onken!

Happy slimming everyone!

I don't eat that much fish- but I am partial to tuna pasta (something I used to eat by the tonne when I was swimming)- it's just tuna, pasta and extra light mayo (1/2 syn per tbsp) and sweetcorn if you like the stuff ;)

I tried the haddock and pea risotto from the EE cookbook :jelous: was not impressed :jelous:

I've packed a banana for noms and a thai mugshot to put in the sotw basket. Just waiting for my mate to turn up so we can head off to weigh in- nervous as usual- will update when i get back :D

I'm not a fish person but have had three portions in the last two days lol

Fancied some japanese style meals so did some stuff like scrambled tofu and salmon, made some mackeral nigiri sushi and had a grilled mackeral fillet as part of a meal. Little bit different :)

Japanese breakfast.jpg Japanese feast.jpg Mackerel Nigiri.jpg

I also like those birds eye simply bake type things but they're a bit pricey. Most of them are low in syns if not free. Meaning to browse about for a fish curry recipe soon, and natch there's the standard fish pie or fishcakes - there's lots of recipe ideas if you check via the minimins site search. There's some fish meals on Slimming Eats too but I haven't tried any fishy ones from there yet. :)

Hey, yeah Ive been making sure to drink at least 8 cups of water a day so I dunno.
Before I had a break from SW I was always doing EE and my losses were down to 1.5 or even 1lb a week so maybe its just me? I have been sticking to everything to the letter so Im really dissapointed.
Been finding it so hard to think of things too, just bored of red days now. Miss my potatoes and rice and pasta! (was trying to be low carb)

Well no use in being annoyed until I see how Wednesday goes!

Back to EE next week for sure haha.

Don't try low carb :( thats what is good about SW you can eat your carbs and still lose weight. Balance everything out nicely and if you want to trick your body just suprose it with new recipes

I am LIVID.

I have this food hygiene course tomorrow. I have no money because the dole have messed up my claim (surprise, surprise) so my mum and dad were meant to be paying half each- then I can pay them back when I have money- it was my Dad's idea.

Dad just called- he can't afford to pay the half- so expects my mum to pay for the whole £74 tomorrow, and him pay back in 2 weeks.

I am so angry- it was HIS idea in the first place- and he gives me 24 hours to find £40 or I can't go on the course. and if I don't go on the course-there is no point going for the interview on Wednesday because I need that qualification

GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Hey Tanya, sorry didn't get to you yesterday was sick again darn it , but feeling good today :fingerscrossed: ...You're dad :argh: just bishslap him and have done with it lol
So sorry you didn't win the appeal, but you know what you are one very determined young lady and I am sure you will find what you want and need in life ...I am backing you all the way :hug99: xxxx

Hi all....

looks like you've all been doing better than me.:sigh: I was going to start today but.... truth be told I managed to put on 2 pound last week. UUGGGHHHH!!!!! So I've been honest with you and updatd my details. Its all my own fault, been eating nothing remotely on~plan.... even today. * week as well so its hard not to feel sorry for myself :), but my eating will change from the morning. I don't want to get much fatter!!!!!!! And f I put the hard work in why can't I lose some of this excess weight before Christmas ~ be a good Christmas present to myself!

Hope you all are giving yourselves a pat on the back

Judith & Pickle the wonder dog

Hi Judith, You are doing the best thing and not giving up, that 2lb will be a long forgotten and distant memory very soon with your positive attitude and you will definitely have a good xmas with you're new slimmer body ...I can feel it lol xxxxx

I really thought this week would be a WOW week for loss for me.

I know you will all tell me its only cause its not my actual weigh in day but I'm so impatient! haha

:8855: Ok so I won't say wait till your actual wi day as I do loads of scale hopping myself, but you can weigh 6 different weights if you weigh 6 times a day, so it's best to just take notice of the one on your actual weigh in day.
I pretty much lose the same on every plan except the green, I am not good with Pasta and rice so have to avoid them a lot so rarely do green days, but what I do find is I have 1 good loss every month and then 3 mediocre ones or even the odd gain, at least I am heading in the right direction and I no longer see weight loss as a race, but as an amble to the finish line :giggle: Having said all that, I completely jumbled up everything 2 weeks ago and lost 6.5lbs that week and by jumble I mean the amounts per meal, so one day a large breakfast small lunch and dinner the next small breakfast, large lunch and mediocre dinner and so on the whole week, same with water one day 3 pints next 8 pints next 5 and so on and the same with my exercise different types and times each day ..worked will do the same in a few weeks time see if it works again, good luck hun xxx

I am aiming for that 2 pound off at least. I do quite a bit of Body Magic ~ walking Pickle every day for over an hour a time and walking to and / or from work. Need to up my going to the gym though. I feel selfconsious goig there and whilst I am there.... after I have been I feel good to have survived without anyone pelting me with rotton tomartoes and eggs!!!!!! *grin*. I feel like I should have a whale award when I go to water aerobics. I pay for my gym mebership so why don't I go.

Trying to convince myself for going to water aerobics tomorrow night and yoga! And to get myself up early in the morning to walk Pickle before I do my voluntary job.

What would I do without all your support?

Many thanks

Judith & Pickle

Hi again Judith (2 replies in the same post :woohoo: lol), Please stop making the negative remarks about yourself, I used to do the same and my Consultant told me off for it, said it was giving me a negative self image, said I wouldn't take that kind of abuse from anyone else so shouldn't take it from myself and he was right and it has really helped me with my self image and my positivity...good luck hun and no more negatives or I will have to punish you :whip: :giggle: xxxxxx

Thanks, but I was beaten to it!! It's my own fault for not reading all the recent posts!!! My head is banging after yet another strange day, and a stressful one ahead tomorrow :( xxx good luck to all the Tuesday weighers xxx
