Mad here today as kids have broken up yesterday.Off on my hols first thing in the morning and my son having some respite care.

Packed all my bits, hifi's, canderel, low mayo etc and my steamer! Hoping to do a Katie and come back with a loss when I weigh in! Will be missing next weeks class. We are going to Yorkshire and doing alot of walking BUT there is super ice cream palour in the dales we always visit so going to try and have a small one.

Have a lovely time Lucia, I'm sure with all that walking you'll still have a healthy loss...lots of ladies at my group go walking in the dales and I can't think of any that have put on a major amount, just remember it's your holiday a well earned rest and you shouldn't be too hard on yourself...holidays are to be enjoyed...have fun and see you next week xxx

Hope you have a lovely time hun - I'm off for a break in wales next wednesday... I'm taking Lily's recipe Spanish Orange Cake and maybe some alpens/pasta and sauce but I don't think I'll be behaving myself completely - I'm already contemplating having a Mcdonalds on the way down for one thing! :eek:

4.5lbs off for me this week - I'm feeling a bit past over the moon right now with that, into the 22's, got my 3st sticker, fitting into my coat I bought to slim into AND I bagged myself four Stone Roses reunion gig tickets!!

Complete opposite of last weekend! :D:D:D
