sooooooooooooooooo cold here as well the news paper just reads doom and gloom ... talks about how it will get to minus 11 argh? then says tips to keep warm
1, close the doors in the house to keep rooms warmer for longer
2, drink plenty of warm drinks throughout the day
3, eat at least one hot meal in the day
4, ask someone to do your shopping
ARE THEY FOR REAL,,,, THAT PERSON WILL BE BUSY KEEPING WARM ASWELL

I lost 3.5 lbs this week. Finally got rid of all of the post Christmas gain and even a 1lb down on where I was before Christmas. :D
