Well done on all the Fab losses!!

Sorry I have been a bit AWOL... I am still on plan!! Hubby is off work this week, so I am not getting much time to log on here. LOL

It's been nice though, he has been waking up with me and making me a lovely coffee!! :)

Dreading tonight.
Been 100% on plan but scales are showing another STS!
Im fed up!
3 weeks of STS is killing me, just before Hols too! =(
Gutted.

Thinking about doing something else for a while.... =/

She just got knocked off her bike by a car, she seemed to be in a lot of pain.

I'm going to the hospital now, I don't want her to be on her own... Hope she doesn't shout at me - lol

But please, healing and prayers- she really needs them! :(

I wouldn't usually ask but she seemed to really have taken a beating :(

I weighed last night too and for the 3rd stupid week in a row i can report a STS!! Livid...
Been 100% every day and nothings happening. Exactly the same thing happened last year and i stopped going from march- sept! Dont wanna do that again but duno what to do.
Gonna try a whole week of red which i never find easy but have found some amazing recipes to try so will hopefully be enough!

If any of you lovelies can give me some of your red day foods to try or anything thats worked for you recently you could share i would sure appreciate it.

From a very, very miserable and down addi xx

You get times like these and I'm sure your body will catch up x Red days sound like a good plan for now :)

Hiyas addi well done on you nearly at 100lb too please dont give up its a hard climb back i put on a stone in january n still only lost a little !!!

What can you tweak?? are you eating ya speed foods, drinking ya water counting ya heb's accuarately its all things ive had to pull back on last few weeks to get back into losing mode, main one for me was to watch my syns as my food was okish but back on track again now thankfully and yea going back to red n greens boosted my losses rather than extra easy as i wasnt having 1/3 superfree every meal good luck chick xx

Addi, Red days sound like a good plan! I used to loose well on red days! :)

You have to share your new recipes, I feel like I am getting stuck in a food rut again! Lol xx
 
Tanya I am sending healing vibes and hope she recovers well.

Sorry I have not been around much girls been on a bit of a downer. Lost 2 and a half this week which in its self would have been fine but I gained the 4 last week so ws hoping to at least lose that. I have decided to try Red days this week though as I have been craving meat and prawns so hoping that will help.

I am feeling more determined than ever.
I have 2 weigh ins before I go on hols and I am gonna try to get a half a stone off before I go!
Mad but 3.5lbs a week, esp on red.
Should be doable!
Will at least aim for that then i'll know ive tried my hardest!
 
Addi I have a little tip for you I dont know if this will help you as it does me but, When I eat crab sticks and chicken together or very close together it makes me lose weight. I don't know why but it works. Thats what I am doing this time. because I love them both anyway and I want the scales to catch up with my actual weight loss. lol
