Remember why you want to do this hun and remember how you feel when you step on those scales and you've lost weight and the feel of your clothes getting smaller, looking in the mirror and seeing less chins and general flab...as the saying goes, nothing tastes as good as losing weight feels ....ain't that the truth :bighug: xxxx

Hehe made me giggle that was a proper kick :) ive just had a gorgeous tea and made sum soup for the week so i think im gunna b ok 100% tomoz!!!!

Hi Curvys,

Hope you have all had wonderful Easters?!

I have been busy busy busy, which is why I didn't even get chance to pop on here!

Lots and family meals and Puppy training... I forgot how hard work puppies can be! Lol

I am back to work today, after a blissful 5 days off BUT I only need to work 3 days, then I have a week off!! Yeah!!!

Glad to see we are all motivated for the new challenge!!

Morning Girls. Hope you are all having a fab day. Sun is shining here.

Good news here. My Hubby was going to look after my son in May for 10 days so I could take my girls to visit my parents at their vila in Tunisia. My Mother in Law has offered to have our son so Hubby can come. His special needs taxi has agreed to pick him up from hers for school instead so thats so lovely and have just booked hubby's flight.I am absolutely determined to leave on 16th May at 16 stones something. Even if it's 16:13.5! so I have 35 days to get off 1 stone 2 and a half pounds and I am determined to do it.

Well my WI last night was BAD. 5.5 gained. I've thought a lot about whether to use that as my start weight and keep my goal as 8 lbs but have decided to add it to my totals, so end result is I now have to lose 13.5lbs to get my 8 lb target. So here goes. :D:D:D
