Ok I was fed up with my slow weight loss so decided to up my exercise from nothing to something! I have decided to join Curves starting on Saturday. The good news is, if you join before the end of the week you can get 6 weeks taster for £30 and no joining fees. If you decide to join properly after 6 weeks you will have to pay £38 joining fee then £29 each month with only a four month tie in. If you join properly after one week then there is no membership fees to be paid.
