    Ok, I'll make a wish, first food diary, so dunno what to include. Still, minimins is like having your own online consultants to guide you, eh??!!
    So, I've decided to follow all your fantastic advice, going to try to vary my foods, fell off the plan before cos I got so fed up of the same things all the time.

    Here goes, today was EE:
    Breakfast: 28gms Fruit and Fibre(HEB), ML
    Mid morning: Mini Calippo (3 1/2 syns)
    Lunch: 0mlette with ham, mixed herbs, Ketchup (2 syns), Mixed veg (which I found out had a little butter, so synned them at 3 syns)
    Afternoon: Latte (HEA), Strawberries with aerosol cream (2 syns)
    Dinner: Salmon fillet, mixed veg, Low fat pineapple cottage cheese (1/2 syn), VLF FF, Tabasco sauce, Paprika
    Snack: Mini Milk (1.5 syns)
    Total so far: 12 1/2 syns and counting

    Day 2: EE

    Breakfast: 2 Alpen Lights(HEA), hot water
    Mid morning: Grapes, ML, Latte (HE A), Pink and White (2 1/2 syns)
    Lunch: Morroccan Couscous(1 syn), Sweetcorn, Soy sauce, ham.
    Afternoon: Mini milk (1 1/2 syns)
    Tea: Noodles, Cherries, Blueberries, ML
    Supper: Curly Wurly (6 syns)

    Total: 11 syns

    Woo hoo!! I LOVE that I can have a latte for HEA!!!

    Note to self: Need to be more organised for main meal!!!

    Mmmmmm, yeah obviously had the noodles first and then the fruit!! :8855:Nigella is not worrying over me!

    SOOOOOO happy - promised myself that I'd not eat the same thing day in day out, cos that's what made me fall off the plan the last time. So far it's going well folks.

    Today's exciting installment:
    Breakfast: Bran flakes (HEB)and yoghurt
    Morning: Strawberries and aerosol cream (2 syns)
    Lunch: Chicken savory rice, chicken, sweetcorn, some balsamic vinegar and VLF FF.
    Afternoon: Latte (HEA)
    Tea: SW chips, curry powder, Quorn flavoured sausages (3 syns) Ex light mayo (1 syn)
    Later: 4 Oreo biscuits (8 syns)

    Total: 14 syns

    Dont forget to have plenty of fruit and veg Hun as this gives your weight loss the boost especially when doing EE. Dont forget to vary your Hes as well so that your body has to work at the weight loss.

    Breakfast: 2 Alpen Lights (HEB), ML
    Mid Morning: 2 bananas, Latte (HE A)
    Lunch: Couscous (1 syn), Chicken, Mixed Veg
    Afternoon:Mini Milk (1 1/2 syns)
    Dinner: Turkey mince, passata, onions, mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, herbs.
    Evening: Hot Choc (2 syns), Milk (1 syn), Curly wurly (6 syns)

    Total: 14 syns
