    Im going to be cycling 10miles a day for the next week. Is it a good exercise? Just with the car being broke im having to cycle to my horse.

    Cycling is a very good low impact exercise, i went out for about 90 mins the other day and burnt off about 700 calories, there was a really horrible hill involved though.
