Hmm not very happy with myself yesterday, was really hungry when i got in from work and had a snack attack! Still within my weeklies, but didn't choose healthy snacks! Ah well, only human I guess :eek:

Hmm not happy today, still not 'feeling' like I've lost any weight again. Will see tomorrow, but might start trying to decrease how many weeklies I'm eating, and try to vary the amount of points I eat for each meal each day, see if that helps. Oh and get my lazy self motivated and add in some exercise would obviously help! On the plus side I do feel good that I do keep counting points even when I have a choc or snack attack when in the past I would give up on the whole week because of it lol.

Well I've lost another lb, which I'm pleased with in a way obviously, but it's soooooo slow! This week I need to motivate myself to do some exercise, and I might try to lower my weeklies too. I'd love to lose 2lb this week although any loss is good! MUST motivate myself and get on my cross trainer or Wii, have got no excuse not to other than I'm lazy lol.

Had a really really bad weekend food wise, ate alot of junk food. I have counted it all though, but it still isn't good to be eating that way and how can I expect a loss eating like that?! Wrist firmly slapped! :break_diet:MUST do exercise the next few days. Slate wiped clean, will try to stick to my daily points the next four days.

Feeling really down today, about the diet and everything really! Let myself down last night by eating lots of things I didn't really need to eat which means I have no weeklies left and may have gone over slightly if I haven't pointed correctly the last week. I'm going through some personal/marriage problems at the mo and it's so difficult concentrating on trying to improve myself when I feel like a failure (marriage-wise) :cry:and I can hardly be bothered to drag myself out of bed for work in a morning. I am going to try and stay on track today and tomorrow though coz if I don't I know I will just end up giving up and staying as I am which I'm not happy with. Need to find some strength and motivation from somewhere! Just feel like crying today.

Well it all went seriously wrong from here onwards!!! Got home and had a couple of biscuits, then for some reason felt really lousy - tired and lethargic etc - so couldn't be bothered to mess about with dinner so did something quick I could put in the oven and leave which wasn't particularly healthy! Felt better after eating it though lol! Then had another couple of biscuits. So not good. Really need to sort my head out but it's hard when I've got so much going round in it!! Anyway start again tomorrow. Guess I'm only human and we all have days like this!

Well I was going to go into hiding and not come on here today lol, yesterday was a disaster! :eek: I have gone over my weeklies but I don't know by how many coz I was naughty and stopped counting! Hopefully will sts tomorrow. Doesn't help that I'm really fed up at home and unsure of my future right now, which way to jump etc, and it's really difficult with all that going round in my head (excuses excuses!). Anyway we all have things going on, I need to get on with it and get some weight shifted so I can hopefully feel a bit better about myself again. What is it about being married that seems to drag you down?! (No offence to those who are happily married). Right rambling over, today's food:

Grrr had 2 slices ham 1 egg 1/3 tin baked beans and oven chips for tea, couldn't be bothered to cook 2 seperate teas so just had the same as hubby. Felt as I'd gone over points yesterday it wouldn't make much difference! Then had 3 biscuits for supper.


Fingers crossed I get a sts tomorrow after what has been a fairly bad week :cry:

Haven't been on here for 4 days! Well, I tried to post my daily diary on Friday and after I had typed it all it timed out so i didn't have time to re-do it, then have had a busy weekend. Friday had a meal/night out and had proper chips :eek: but no alcohol.

Saturday was ok food wise, had a takeaway as usual but have noticed I can't eat as much as I used to which is a bonus :).

Sunday had lunch and dinner out, tried to stick to small portions so I don't think any major damage was done, although I probably used some weeklies.

Monday - can just about remember what I ate lol:

Wow can't believe it's June already!! My birthday in 3 days, not sure whether that's a good or bad thing really lol! Was looking back at last year's diary, and it seems I'm the same weight as I was this time last year - so erm why have I been dieting all year?! I did get down to 10 st 5 around August time, then all inclusive holiday, then Christmas....and I just haven't got my head into dieting properly yet this year and we're into the 6th month already! Moan Whinge Moan lol. On the positive side, I managed to drag myself onto my cross trainer after work yesterday, so am hoping to do the same today :) Right today's food:

Managed to drag myself onto the cross trainer again - have been aiming for 5km but this takes less than 20 minutes - not sure that 20 minutes 3 or 4 times a week is gonna make any difference but I guess it's a start lol. Don't feel like I've lost again this week, but it's start of * week grrr so that could explain it. Feeling really really fed up and down at the mo, need to do something to snap myself out of it! Trouble is what I think I need to do for the best for myself, is going to hurt alot of other people, and I'm just not used to being so selfish and putting my needs before others, probably how I've ended up in this situation in the first place :cry:End of feeling sorry for myself speech lol.

Sts again this week, not surprising really. Least I've started exercising this week just got to keep going with that, am hoping it will help me to feel better within myself - less stressed/upset etc. Am 33 tomorrow :( and feel so unsettled and unhappy at the moment, and like I'm getting old and running out of time to make my mind up about what I want. Never have been very decisive lol. On the plus side it's only 8 days til I go and see Take That! yay!

Anyway today will be bad food-wise as am having my birthday meal tonight and I'm not going to count it or not have what I want, bad i know! Tomorrow may be a bit the same. So Sunday - Thursday will have to be extra good and try and do extra exercise of some kind - maybe a long walk Sunday if it's not rainy. Oops it's turned into another essay.

Looks like we have similar weights/amount to lose! You sound like youre doing great, try not to be disheartened! i too have spent years putting a little back on, losing a bit etc etc but this time i feel like i can really get rid of it for good on propoints and you can too! keep sticking to it and youll do it this time :) enjoy your birthday and focus on having a good time, you can get right back on the plan after! X

Hi, thanks for stopping by my diary and offering your support and encouragement :) My main problem is I don't do any exercise and I'm sat at a desk all day, and right now I'm seriously suffering from a lack of motivation to do anything, and a chocolate addiction I can't seem to shake off!:eek: You're doing really well though - I'm just curious - do you use all your weekly points?

Well the less said about the weekend, the better! It was my birthday though lol (excuses excuses). Have got a dress I need to get back into in 4 weeks time, so I really need to try and lose 1.5 - 2lbs a week if I can, not hopeful tho lol! The last time I wore it I was 8lbs lighter than I am now so I need to try and get back near to that weight again so that it looks ok and I can breathe in it lol. MUST MUST MUST try harder this week - more exercise, good healthy food, less choc, less excuses. Am giving myself 5 weekly points a day to use if I need to but after the weekend I've had I'm going to try not to use them!
