Extra easy always for me!
Breakfast - full English, bacon egg beans mushroom and 1/2 syn sausage,
Lunch - mugshot and mullerlught and banana
Snack - 2 small wholemeal heb and primula light, 2 squares marmite choc (2 syns)
Dinner - roast pork, SW roasts, sprouts, carrots and gravy (1 syn)
Glass of White wine 175 ml = 6 syns
What a 'diet', eating so well, got my 1.5 stone award last Thursday, next target 2 stone! X:)
