Daily menus

was going to get the garam masala powder yesterday then got side tracked so have normal curry not as nice may see if co op have it when I go down town later cant bare the thought of tesco and the grockles today

lol sorry grockles emmets = holiday makers cant understand why they come on holiday and spend all week in tescos !!!! Its packed and you cant move winter is great lucky to see two more people in the place

Yeah I wondered how to get round the menu thing with my new plan, and in fact started typing out my today's food and exercise, then realised I couldn't! Perhaps in Diary only? Is there a "spoiler" function (where you have to click on hidden text to see it? so that people know what they're letting themselves in for?)
 
(the French website I have does!) So you can give the official answer, and then type "the other answer", highlight it, hit "spoiler" and readers only see the official one, and the word "spoiler". If you click intentionally on a "spoiler", you therefore know what it could contain!
 
Yes oatbran and a bit of sweetner for the crumble part, not the same but feels like dessert.

For non-plan menus in diary is good. Be nice to have a conso menu thread when people get there.....
