Daily menus

A recipe in the book with APPLE in it?! I've seen it all now!

As far as I'm concerned, butternut squash is fine... but apple is NOT! Perhaps grovergirl can bring this one up with the coaching numpties!!

There is a separate Dukan recipe book over here... and I believe it's either just out or coming out soon over there. It's FULL of mistakes, like tomatoes in recipes on PP days etc. We always tell newbies not to use the recipe book until they understand the diet... cos the errors are numerous therein!
 
The recipe book is coming out in September; I have preordered on Amazon. I will beware now!

it does seem that Dudu (I so wanted to say that!!) seems to change his rules on a daily basis!

Oh dear and here was me thinking it was a little treat for us and between the several servings I made I wasn't sure it would matter!! (for your info page p206-207 just double checked my eyes weren't deceiving me!).

L - pilchards ,a slice of turkey with sage and onion

D - not sure yet !! (chicken fillets )

snack 3 dukan muffins and a jar of cockles and exlight lcow cheese

Yum - but sounds like a lot of work!

It was very easy... (I got the other half to do it!)...

Frankly flutter, I'm sure the amount of apple you had is fine... just that I remain bemused (I did look it up in the book, and it's in my one too... I'm almost surprised he didn't give us some croutons in it too!)
 
Some fishcounters will gut (and scale and fillet if req) fish for you as you shop(just remember to go back and get it before queuing to pay, not that I ever forgot or anything ;) ). Its great, saves time and less smelly stuff to put in the bin at home.

B - scrambled eggs

L - lean slice of ham and turkey sage and onion slice,ex lite laughing cow and cottage cheese !!

D - chicken kebab a bit of salad ( and i dont eat the pitta )

snacks loads of drinks and my supply of dukan muffins through the day

B - dukan cake (sweet muffin mix and cinammon), yogurt
L - hard boiled egg white, smoked salmon, crab sticks, ham (picnic at the park!)
D - chicken (not sure what to do with it), yogurt
S - custard
 
Another PP day so I can do PV Sat!
B - scrambled egg (2 eggs 1 yolk) with pepper salmon
L - galette, extra light philly, ham
D - 2 x chicken legs marinaded in greek yoghurt, tikka powder, lemon juice
Snack - WW yoghurt, maybe sf jelly

B - Dukan porridge with ginger
L - tuna with fromage frais, salad
D - mushroom omelette with tomatoes, yogurt
S - fromage frais dip, carrot and cucumber sticks

B - 2 x Dukan bread lightly spread with quark, sliced tomato, slice ham
L - seafood cocktail - prawns, salmon, mussels, couple crab sticks mixed with tom sauce*, ffff and lemon juice on bed of lettuce with sliced tomato
D - beef curry - beef cooked in slow cooker, sauce with chopped toms, spices, curry leaves, onion, pepper and mushrooms
Snack - yoghurt
 
PP today

B - Dukan porridge
L - white fish with lemon, smoked salmon, fromage blanc
D - rabbit cooked with mustard and onion (won't eat the sauce/onion), yogurt
S - crab stick and fromage blanc
 
Ate a LOT yesterday so today was PP day ....
B - 1 x slice Dukan bread, poached egg, bacon (could only manage small piece as very salty)
L - chicken breast, slice ham, ff greek yoghurt & mild curry powder
D - smoked mackerel pate with ff fromage frais
Snack - 2 x sugar free sweets, maybe pot of activia cherry yoghurt

I was 191 on scales this morning so will carry on PP days

Lunch chicken done in something havent decided yet
Dinner either curried mince or steak

L - cold chicken, curry/fromage blanc do dip chicken in, tomato, hard boiled egg white and courgette salad
D - smoked salmon scrambled eggs, fromage blanc with rhubarb:D
S - yogurt
 
it was fathers day yesterday so i was a little naughty
b-bacon, eggs, tom and mushrooms
l-just had 4 carrot sticks with garlic and herb lite philly
d-we had a bbq and i ate some satay chicken skewers, a sausage, a spoonful of potato bake, some homemade coleslaw with lite dressing and half a warm dinner roll with butter!!!!! delicious meal :)
