Tan surely a sf jelly isn't enough for lunch?
nope its totally not but i had nothing else in i made up for it with extra teatime stuff ect
 
yesterday pp
b-one scrambled egg and half boiled egg (both were what my son didnt eat)
l-protien shake
d-ugh i ate a hotdog with bacon and cheese and onion because i was making them for the kids (god it was tasty)

today
b-2 fried eggs piece of bacon
l-i had a works burger from KFC (i dont really even know why)
d-had some left over chicken but couldnt stomach it
s-skinny cow english toffee sundae, very nice indeed

will get back on track tomorrow as i want to do conso soon!!!!!!!!!!!!

GGrr Sunday, my worst day of the dieting week. Today being no exception, though I feel a bit sick because of my headache ATM. Will need to take something for it soon, I try and leave it as long as I can normally.
Today I dont know what to have so this is all subject to change

breakfast yogurt/bran/ wafer thin ham
Lunch steak & salad
Dinner roast pork, we have people coming over, the man who rents our other house is leaving this week so having him round plus a couple of other friends, so pork & veg, I know its not allowed but I dont care its not fatty, and its home grown. Then pudding but I wont have any

yep fine ...i do it bound with an egg and herbs some say onion is tolerated too

had a couple of days on pv so a couple pp days coming up now. Going to Step Daughters for lunch and she is going to make me a prawn omelette and I have made burgers for my dinner tonight so:

B Porridge
L Omelett
D Burgers with some sort of home made sauce not decided which one yet, possibly pepper sauce mmmm

B - Mullerlight and LOTS of tea (it's SOOOOO cold here)
L - Chicken legs, Galette and cottage cheese
D - Cod, prawns and boiled egg (maybe some tinned salmon)

I'd give anything for a lovely lamb stew in this weather. Oh well.

yu can order from the japenese kitchen ...they are a veg (yam) and they look like noodles they have 6 calories in a pack and they take on the flavour of what ever spice you use also neg carbs in them ...they are ok but if you buy them read the instructions that come with them
 
so my final menu for today:
Brekkie: Omelette
Snack: Yogurt
Lunch: Seafood Salad (large)
Snack: Mussels
Dinner: 2 x chicken breast (topped with garlic quark) with a gelatte (lovely!!)
Drinks: 3.5ltrs of water and skimmed milk and coffee
may have some mackerel later on :D
