was the very hot thing intentional Tania? or was it like that time i poured a load in by accident while experimenting and was sat here typing about it with tears running down my face and my mouth on fire....

coffee flavoured baked egg custard...

<oh and, because I'm not in ketosis, an apple* at some point of the afternoon...>

* apples are not OK in Dukan before Phase 3

Scrumper can you tell me how you make your chilli please? I do mine with onions, garlic, ginger, chilli powder, tinned tomatoes and salt and pepper but what do you use for a stock? I have been using oxo but know I shouldn't

Thursday conso PP (the boring day of the week, advantage is that I can't taste anything just now, so it doesn't matter - every cloud...)

B - Dukan porridge with lots of spices
L - scrambled egg with smoked salmon, fromage blanc
D - chicken if I can force it down, more eggs if not, yogurt
Lots of tea, coffee, water.
