Mid morning snack- Oat bran muffin
L- 150g stir fried steak (tiny bit of oil in the wok, wiped out excess) english mustard and fromage frais sauce
D- 125g chicken, 1.5 tablespoons of 0% fat cottage cheese, toffee muller yogurt

(which brand cottage cheese are you using confused? I must look out "fat free" cottage cheese when I'm next in the UK...)

Menu for stab PP Thuesday - for tomorrow! (my menu for today won't help anyone!)

B - goji galette (1.5 tbs oatbran) probably with fromage blanc
L - omelette (1 yolk 2 whites), small amount of fish/smoked salmon in white sauce (leftover from today)
S - custard
D - pizza (galette base - 1.5 tbs oatbran) with fromage blanc/egg mix, tuna, 1 tsp capers and some strained fromage blanc dabbed on top
 
goji muffins miam - just the galette mix mind with a spoonful sweetener, don't go doing the fancy recipe! too many additions!
 
i already have moist cake waiting :) 2 days of rations :) but maybe will sprinkle some in next time I make moist cake?...what spice/flavouring would go with goji? x
 
I've always made sweet ones to date (so a spoonful Candarel)... but Mouse has tried with grated courguette. I thought cinamon might be nice (or would be if I could decide how many m's in it), and toasted...
 
Mouse, are you just adding a bit of grated courgette to the goji muffin recipe that you posted a while ago? And if so, how much, please? Am very interested in trying that out soon.

Yes I just added a couple of tbspns of grated courgette and for beetroot a couple of tbspns beetroot and 1 tspn red fat cocoa.

Oh yes and have also added cinammon and nutmeg and allspice

Snack: .1% fat frozen yoghurt
Dinner: Home style yuk sung

Minced beef with diced pepper, onion & carrot dry fried with loads of dried chili, served with iceberg lettuce. Very spicy, very delish.

Snack: Oat bran microwave cake with sweetened philly as icing.

Snack: Slices of turkey

Exercise: 20 mins on wii fit
Many pints of water. I'm aiming to have a pint every 1.5 hours, so far so good.
Much tea and coffee.
