L: half chicken and mushroom frittata with 2 slices smoked salmon
S: rest of galette
D: Half roast chicken & 10 mint 7 rosemary meatballs (170g ish mince)
S: sweetened greek yogurt
 
today
b: 250g fat free yogurth +sweetner+oatbran
s: 2 boiled eggs
2 coffes + 0% milk (1 morning, 1 later on)
l: 2 boiled eggs
coffe + milk as above
d: whole chicken, no skin, (cooked in water)
and 1 egg while waiting for chicken

30min horseriding, 55min gym (45m cardio)

around 3l water , maybe a bit more

i usually don't eat so many eggs, but i'm a bit cash short this week
so eggs are on everyday menu
 
BN - I advise you to buy some chickens... live ones! (See Mouse's diary...). You'll get through quite a few eggs with this diet!

Miss D - if you're hungry, and you don't eat the skin, chicken is all good for us (except the wings). Far better to "overeat" on chicken than dairy (or salty stuff). And I always think that it takes a nice long time to eat a chicken leg so, if in company and feeling deprived, at least you finish when they do!

I suspect I m eating more eggs than ever, but at least I know they are fresh and I know what the chucks have been eating (grass, slugs, snails.............) I am really liking the pancakes (basically a sweet omlette - 1 tbspn splenda, 2 eggs, 1 tbspn skimmed milk)
 
B - dukan bread, 1 poached egg
l - chicken/onion in curry sauce (didn't turn out great tho lol)
d - 2 turkey steaks, 2 homemade lean mince burgers and another poached egg!
s - half a tin of tuna
 
PP for me
5km fast walk to work (are you all doing some daily exercise girls?)

B: turkey + konjac noodles and boiled egg

L: turkey mince meatloaf, few cubes leftover roast beef, chicken leg
fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

S: sugar free jelly and 1/5 yoghurt cake

D in hairdresser's(!): Dukan smoked salmon muffins and more chicken

L - 2 baked salmon fillets
D - chicken pieces marinated in chilli lime and ginger

S - I'm going to make my oatbran into a Dukan Victoria Sponge:D
with a bumbarb/0%greek filling
 
Will you bring some of that "S" to our meet? PLEASE!

Ok, first ever time posting a menu

Breakfast: 1.5% cottage cheese with black pepper
(normally I have a galette, but there was a stray cousin sleeping on the sofa, so had to be quiet)
Coffee with a dash of hot foam

Lunch 1: Prawns, rocket and tomatoes (I didn't know an office lunch was being planned.

Lunch 2: Grilled chicken breast, salad, coffee

Dinner: Hmmmmm - it might have to be the rest of the prawns, in an omelette, with oatbran and yogurt to follow.

D: hot fish salad (couple haddock fillets, half pack of prawns & 100g ish smoked salmon fried off so fish goes flakey then mixed with steamed asparagus and green beans cut into bite sized pieces) with a fromage frais, mustard, dill & caper dip
S: chocolate pancake (mouse's 'good' recipe with a tsp cocoa mixed in)
 
B: Oat pran and 0% fat greek yoghurt
L: Cottage cheese and beef
D: Boiled turkey, spinach, cucumber and two poached eggs
Four cans of diet coke, 2 litres of water. Seven hours of walking.

Is the yogurt cake in the recipe bit? Sounds yummy. Not at my comp at the moment so it's not easy to check x
