My Saturday on PV

B: muffins

L: turkey + beef luc lac + salad
jelly

S: homemade beetroot soup (with too much chilli powder in it, WOW!)
1/5 yoghurt cake

D: cauli mash served over Dukan friendly bolognaise sauce. Some celeriac chips to taste - OH ate most of them - delicious!
coffee flavoured baked egg custard

Chicken late cos OH eating chocolate

4 hours' walking in AM, including first hour's speed walk! pooped afterwards! ate loads I know but I'm very picky at the weekends


Sunday PP
1 hour walk then
B: scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, fake caviar and one muffin

Another 1.5 hour walk

L: chicken + beef luc lac with konjac noodles thrown in
sugar free jelly with 1/5 yoghurt cake

S: other muffins

D: turkey cubes marinated in fromage frais + mustard; 1/2 steak
coffee flavoured baked egg custard
 
hot fish salad (couple haddock fillets, half pack of prawns & 100g ish smoked salmon fried off so fish goes flakey then mixed with steamed asparagus and green beans cut into bite sized pieces) with a fromage frais, mustard, dill & caper dip
S: chocolate pancake (mouse's 'good' recipe with a tsp cocoa mixed in)
Salad sounds delicious! Great idea - will try!
I'm sure your "cocoa" was the low fat variety... just underlining it for new people.

Also the yoghurt cake recipe has a tolerated item in (cornflour) so avoid at outset until you're desperate Natty for something nicer later in the diet...

what are celeriac chips?

Chip shaped pieces of celeriac (which is a root veg - looks like a lumpy cabbage, tastes really nice). I would imagine you bake them once chopped up.

My menu today, restrained because of wedding yesterday, so posting because it's conso... + extra fruit!

B - porridge with ginger and raisins
L - green omelette (with swiss chard greens, 1 egg and 2 whites) with the swiss chard stalks, yogurt, orange
D - roast chicken, green beans, bread and cheese, apple
 
Breakfast

B - Mushroom omelette with cherry tomatoes, black coffee

L - Cottage cheese, salad

D - Roast Beef, baked squash, steamed cabbage
& Toffee muffins with home-made 'ice-cream'

S: 1/8 yogurt cake
D: big pile of roast beef (1/3 of a 700+g joint) with french mustard

Was an error I thought I'd corrected before anyone saw it. I polished off the first cake on sat, so made another one yesterday and ate 1/4 overall. Nothing gets past you! :D

Which reminds me that I must get around to making one of Jo's famous lemon yoghurt cakes. Just been making a load of crème au chocolats and chocolate brownies for the freezer.

Hi :) i'm back on dukan having lost about a stone and a half on it in half the time its taken me to lose 10 on weight watchers lol.

Today i've had

B: Boiled Egg (didnt have any mullers :( )

L: Chicken with Onion granules and a tsp very lazy chillies and Muller Yogurt.

D: Venison steakk (YUMM) with boiled egg and muller light with oatbran in.

Is this okayy its been a while lol !! Thankss :)
 
you should definitely try the yogurt cake dd, it's amazing! glad the celeriac chips were a hit scrumper, they're brilliant no?

I'm not sure about those onion granules or the lazy chillies (with oil??). Can you check the packaging re carbs of those granules, or post a link to the brand.

Was this second yoghurt cake(;)) a tofu one?

I think, generally, newbies shouldn't be encouraged to try it. It's definitely not ok for attack, and is good to keep on the back burner for awkward occasions for newbies rather than a daily thing, metinks!
