love the celeriac , smell doesnt put me off either

B: galette and black coffee
L: picnic - thai beef salad, courgette fritatta, soy bean salad, tomatoes, eggs, smoked salmon
D: steak, broccoli, mushrooms

B: 3/4 cinnamon galette
L: 180g king prawns, 1 fillet smoked mackerel
S: 1/4 galette, 1/4 tofu yogurt cake
D: 250g ish mince in rosemary & mint meatball format with mint quark dip
S: bowl sweetened greek yogurt

b: 2 boild eggs
l:400g chicken breast pieces from tesco
s: s/f jelly. savory muffins with 100g smoked salmon
d: 1/2 chicken
s: 150g fromaige fraise 0% with sweetner and vanilla

3coffees +0%milk (maybe 100ml)

L: Tuna with lemon and coriander
D: steak (which I didn't eat yesterday!) and frozen coffee yogurt
 
1st day attack

B: Boiled egg and roast beef soldiers + cup of tea
S: Water and muller light vanilla yog
L: Chicken in lemon and garlic with cottage cheese
S: Oatbran porridge
D: Oven roasted salmon with king prawns (might make some mayo with yog and lemon juice but dont know)

Lots of water and 1/2 pint diet coke + more tea (which i take with a dash of skimmed milk)

D: 300g luc lac turkey

Tuesday PP

4.5km fast walk (everyone exercising???)

B: three Dukan oat and wheatbran muffins with cube smoked fish in and 1/3 crabstick on each

L: slice 5% fat mince meat loaf; some chicken (marinated in garlic and ginger and dry fried), beef luc lac.
Fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

S: sugar free jelly with 1/5 yoghurt cake

D: 2 x 5% fat burgers with dry fried egg on top and spoonful fromage blanc with some mustard as sauce

Lots of water!

S=2 cubes marinated chick breast + 4 or 5 king prawns

L=2 large chicken legs-no skin
Muller light toffee

S=Oatbran biscuits (kind of...)

D=Roast beef slices + cottage cheese

I think I'll have to skip the 'ice-cream' tonight, after all that dairy!
 
'Chicken from tesco' means tesco range, better value. 0.1gfat,, 1.something carb.

Emma im so jealous by your galettes everytime i see your menu-i tried 3 times and created some very lovely cinammon tasting grainy scrambled egg...yumm...( i did eat it!!) but rather relunctantly!! x

Yes boss :)

They were only small and did not rise much, will only make six next time and need a bit more sweetener but they were a nice change :)
