Stab PP Thursday

B - goji galette (1.5 tbs OB with egg white only) with fromage blanc
L - omelette (1 egg and 2 whites) with some sorrel to colour it a little(is sorrel veg or herbs? It's green so bound to be low carb anyway:p) with savoury galette (1.5 tbs OB with egg white only)
S - fromage blanc (and yogurt if needed)
D - tuna with fromage blanc, wheatbran-coated white fish served with lemon juice

B - 2 chicken legs & 1 fried egg
l - chicken
d - salmon
s - goji cake
 
Still camping!

B - Galette with lemon and splenda, coffee
L - BBQ with my mother - burger, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, salad.
D: omelette - with eggs laid by a neighbour's chuck a few hours earlier!

I've not seen the scales for a week now - it's all a deep dark mystery!
 
B: 300g luc lac turkey, half cinnamon galette
L: bowl roast butternut squash soup with added shredded chicken
S: rest of galette
D: 280 dry fried chicken strips, celeriac chips, green beans and broccoli with mum's bbq sauce, vanilla cheesecake

L - Minced beef, taco seaoning
D - cold roast chicken
S - LF/NS Yoghurt, Skim Milk & psyllium shake.

Today's food (Cruise PV):
B - oatbran porridge and goji berries
L - Cold Chicken, Yoghurt
D - Salmond and asparagus
S - LF/NS Yoghurt, Skim Milk & psyllium shake.

I was just wondering are you allowed to eat sugar free jelly in attack??

First - 4.5km walk to work :)

B: oatbran and wheatbran muffins with smoked salmon in

L: some salmon, prawns, chicken and spoonful cottage cheese
fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

S: sugar free jelly (1/3 sachet made up)

D: grilled steak with garlic
1/5 of a tofu yoghurt cake

Lots of water!

B: Ham (I had nothing in the fridge after arriving home at midnight, so I had to grab something from the supermarket on the way to work.
L: Cottage cheese with herbs and black pepper
D: Burgers - and home made fro-gurt!

L- one chicken breast and water
Snack- Galette
D- Two pieces salmon and diet coke

noooo! this is completely insufficient. No breakfast... just one chicken breast for lunch... dinner better, but still.

Day 2 Attack

B: Galette
L: ham and chicken
S: Muller light toffee
D: 4 x small burgers
S: oat bran biscuits

OK I see Galette in the morning (excellent)... and I see "oatbran biscuits" as a snack. Tell us more!! (ie, you can't possibly have got both out of just 1.5 tablespoons oatbran!!)

While I've got my WITCHY hat on... this isn't up to your usual standard Atopos. Where's your oatbran (in that froggie thing!)? Just cottage cheese for lunch? Hopelessly insufficient!
 
OK ... mine.
Started the day with a 6km walk, with a big detour to a market where I know they sell goji berries cheaper than elsewhere (€28 / kilo)

B: Three Dukan oat and wheatbran muffins with cube smoked salmon in and 1/3 crabstick on each

L: (restaurant) steak with green beans (and butter, I'm sure... they glistened)
(office) 1 fat free yoghurt

S: sugar free jelly

D: salmon fillet with tomatoes, asparagus and [whatever other salad ingredient hasn't gone off...]
1/5 tofu yoghurt cake
