Day 2 of Attack!

B: 2 boiled eggs (whites only) and some turkey slices
L: omlette with 2 eggs and chopped onion, seasoning
S: Vanilla mullerlight and oatmeal (yuck)
D: 3 turkey escalopes, sliced ham

Oh dear. You're not so keen on the oabran, then, CharlieDelta?

When you're on Cruise, maybe try experimenting a bit more with it using some of the recipes in the Recipes section.

In the meantime, you can even mix it into minced meat, a beaten egg and seasoning in order to make some lovely homemade burgers.
 
Thanks! The burger idea sounds great, I'll try that tomorrow. I'm sure after a few days I'll start to enjoy it rather than tolerate it haha. Any more ideas will be greatly appreciated :) I just can't seem to get by the whole 'I can only eat plain chicken' thoughts. I'm currently reading through the recipes section and it's definately helping

Here's a chicken suggestion that includes oatbran.

Mix together your 1.5tblsps of bran with some salt, pepper, dried herbs and chilli powder on a plate.

Take skinless chicken breasts, dip into a bowl of skimmed milk and then roll them in the seasoned oat bran to coat.

Pop the chicken breasts onto a baking tray and place in a hot oven until cooked through and crispy.

Voila! Southern Baked Chicken!
 
Today

B: Galette
L: Tuna Salad with hard boiled egg
D: no ruddy idea - it 9pm, I'm still at work, and I'm going to have to trust they have something left at Tescos that I can heat in the office microwave (while the others slurp Thai curry)

L: 200g ish mince (meatballs) with garlic quark dip
S: rest of galette
D: 300g turkey & 100g prawns in luc lac marinade
S: bowl of greek yoghurt with hlf a toffee muller on top
 
Day 3 of Attack

B galette and smoked salmon

L 2 boiled eggs, natural yoghurt with vanilla and sweetner

D 2 tuna steak with garlic quark sauce

snack, crab sticks

Yesterdays food

L: chilli chicken
D: burgers and ham
S: muller light Yog s/f jelly

Lost another half pound today so 6.5 in total now! Hopefully get another one off before my official WI on Monday!

The southern chicken looks good, will try it out tonight!!
Attempted the pastryless quiche but I didn't like it!

L: leek & butternut squash soup with added chicken
S: rest of galette
D: 2 chicken breasts dry fried with butternut squash chips, green beans and mum's bbq sauce
S: 1/4 yoghurt cake

First day of Attack

B..Galette & Slice of low fat ham
S..two slices of cold chicken & half a vanilla muller light & bottle of sparkling water. (was very proud of myself as I had this in McDonalds with the kids, bought cooked chicken in local supermarket)

S: Frozen vanilla muller light - this was amazing!
D: Mince browned with spices and cooked with oatbran

Hope this is right as I only lost 1 pound today :(

I haven't eaten as much as I should have today, I know :(

L prawns and cottage cheese
S smoked salmon and cottage cheese
D quorn pieces marinated in a little natural yoghurt and curry spices, natural yoghurt flavoured with vanilla
S crabsticks with wasabi dip
