That really doesn't sound like a lot of protein - how are you existing on that?

Oh trust me its a really HUGE piece of salmon, but if you think it looks a bit short of protein I will add some prawns.

Also if I feel I need more protein later or get hungry I have a nice freshly cooked chicken in the fridge to snack on

Jackk;3682961 B - 2 mini oatbran galettes (exactly the same ingredients as full size but just made in one of those teeny-weeny frying pans intended for individual eggs said:
I make mini ones too. Easier to flip and hand sized for eating on the go.

L - homemade poached eggs and salmon like the one's I had while out yesterday (can't believe I made poached eggs...!)

Yes, I make minis or blinis too. Yesterday I added extra milk and they came out really thin. I did them with splenda and a light squeeze of lemon juice. But I use the Dukan oatbran at the mo as it's on special offer, and it's finer than the Tescos or health food shop one.
Travel food sandwiches are beef or ham slices with herby or mustardy quark in little minis. I make about 8 with the recipe. I have a large Breton galette pan so can do the lot in two goes, less if a had a bigger burner.
