L Dukan bread, toasted, with smoked salmon and green salad.
Rhubarb and yoghurt

D. Chicken and butternut squash curry. Yoghurt.

D - Peppered Steak
S - Toffee Muller

Today - PV

L - Roast Beef Salad
D - Chicken Breast with Ratatouille
S - Rhubarb, FF Yogurt

B: mushrooms, scambled egg & turkey bacon
s: cinnamon muffins & FF greek yoghurt
L: poached salmon & roasted peppers
d: venison burgers, tomatoes, cucumber & salad leaves
s: cinnamon muffins & quark
 
PV + cheese not possible today (husband wanted lentils) so will do as follows (subject to change, but planned so far) -

Tuesday - conso-style with carbs (lentils)
B - porridge (3 tb oatbran, 1 tb wheatbran, 300 ml milk)
L - green lentils with hardboiled egg white and fromage blanc dressing, tomato, grated celeriac, orange (4 tbs cooked lentils, 2 egg whites, 1 very large tomato, mound of celeriac, probably about 2 tbs fromage blanc)
D - chicken with peppers and mushrooms, cheese and oatcake (1 leg/thigh, one pepper each with about 200 gr mushrooms served on the side, lump of cheese and 2 oatcakes)

Wednesday - PV + cheese
B - porridge (as before)
L - more chicken with green beans, yogurt (same amount of chicken as before, as many green beans as I want, 140 gr pot of yogurt)
D - courgette tagliatelle with bolognaise sauce and cheese (600gr or so mince for 5 of us - but 3 kids - plus mushrooms and carrots in the sauce, couple of courgettes and the daily ration of gruyère sprinkled on top)

Thursday - Green PV
B - oatbran biscuits, fromage blanc (3tbs oatbran/1 tbs wheatbran)
L - tuna mayonnaise (1/2 tin tuna + fromage blanc) with green salad, pork steak (about 100 gr) and courgettes
D - hardboiled egg whites (probably 3) and spinach, rhubarb and custard

Thursday is always dire compared to the rest, the quantity is there though.

Gosh Laura - you really don't eat much! This is what we have to look forward to in Stabilisation? No wonder I can never get that bit right!
 
I do eat loads, Jo, promise. Will go and edit with quantities!
 
Today's PP.

B. Half Dukan bread allowance, toasted and spread with garlic and herb Quark, topped with one egg herb omelette.

S. Rhubarb and plain Yogurt.

L. Other half of bread allowance, quark and sliced tongue. Activia light, glass of 0% sugar ginger beer.

S skinny latte.

D. White fish and prawns mixed with dill and mustard Fromage Frais.

Please can you tell me how to make this? :)

I take about 4 handfuls cooked cauli and mash with some seasoning and then add a couple of eggs. Spread onto a silicon baking sheet - one large or several small 'cakes' and bake until crispy. This makes quite a lot so you may want to use just a couple of handfuls of cauli and one egg. A bit of 'fried' onion would be nice too.

L: Chicken breast and salad leaves + cucumber + 3 oatbran muffins
D: Salmon flakes, red cabbage, asparagus & beetroom (a strange combination but it was lovely!)
S:3 oatbran muffins, FF greek yoghurt

Just made yoghurt cake - not sure who's recipe it was but it is fantastic! Had a small square as I've already had one tolerated food today - but I'm going to have the rest tomorrow!!

Feel really hungry today, more than I've felt since starting Dukan, craving the sweet stuff :sigh:
