S: Dukan cheesecake (the one without cornflour), victoria's sponge for Dylan (without the filling)
 
Just joining this thread as I have had a stall this week I had best join in just in case I am going wrong somewhere so today PV

B - fat free yoghurt with OB & WB and rhubarb and goji berries (v nice!)
L - chicken thighs skin removed, half a baked aubergine, toffee muller
D - big sirloin steak fat removed before dry frying, cauli mashed with quark and nutmeg and steamed leeks

Green PV Thursday instead of stab PP

I should really be doing PP tomorrow but only one gala meal since last week, so caution to the wind and all that...;)

B - Goji galette
L - cold 'coronation' chicken with green salad and maybe a hardboiled egg white in the salad too, fromage blanc
D - white fish with prawns and spinach, rhubarb and either custard or fromage blanc depending on how hot it is tomorrow evening

50 min power walk to work (4.8km)

B: Dukan muffins (oatbran + wheatbran + cube of smoked salmon in each)

L: small quantities of each of: poached salmon; turkey cubes (which I'd marinated in garlic, ff fromage frais and mustard and dry fried); beef luc lac. Skinny chicken leg
ff fruit flavoured yoghurt

S: sugar free jelly (1/2 sachet)

D: Sirloin steak grilled with garlic

Lots of H2O

S: meringues and quark (with vanilla flavouring)

Craving chocolate for the past 4 days but have resisted!

L: small portion Dukan friendly spag bol sauce with some celeriac mash on top, skinny chicken leg

D (in car): 3 crabsticks

On arrival, if OH attacks the cherries we left in the cool last weekend, I'll eat chicken... (or my arm, whichever I fancy more!)

D: dinner out but will be protein & vegetables

Good for you, FQ, for daring a PV after your "off Dukan snack" last week. It's so much "kinder" to your body than hitting it with successive PPs... be sure to have plenty of Dukan snacks available though in case the hunger bug gets you.

Tuesday Green PV + cheese

L - crabsticks/carrot with fromage blanc dip, cheese/sorrel omelette, green beans
D - green salad with hardboiled egg white, fish with prawns, spinach,
S - yogurt tofu cake if hungry

Thursday - Green PV - no cheese

B - goji galette, fromage blanc
L - roast chicken, green beans, rhubarb and fromage blanc
D - rabbit with mushroom sauce, courgettes, Anja's tofu/fromage blanc dessert
 
Yesterday : PP

B: Dukan bread and turkey rashers
L: chicken breasts X 2
S: o% Greek yoghurt and sugar free jelly
D: Dukan bread quark and roast salmon

Hungry hungry hungry - another 0% yoghurt and meringue (didn't turn out very well but I ate it a anyway!)

Today: PV

B: scrambled egg, roast salmon, 2 turkey rashers and tomatoes
S: 3 x Dukan muffins
L: poached salmon fillet and salad leaves
S: 0% yoghurt and 3 Dukan muffins
D: roast chicken breast asparagus cucumber and salad leaves
