B - Dukan porridge and fromage blanc
L - mixed veg salad with tuna, cheese and crispbread, watermelon
D - smoked salmon, courgette omelette, green beans, yogurt

Thursday PP Conso (less strict than PP stab for this week!)

B - 1/2 Dukan toast with rhubarb
L - chicken liver pâté with rest of toast, fish with prawns, yogurt
D - crabsticks with fromage blanc dip, rabbit, tofu pud

L - Homemade butternut squash soup, slice Dukan bread. Leftover roast beef with tiny bit of Dijon mustard and a gherkin.
D - Salmon steak with either salad or broccoli and cauli.
S - Muller or Greek yog

B - 1/2 Dukan toast spread with yogurt and no-added-sugar peach compote (then ate the rest of the yogurt and peach)
L - left over rabbit from last night (with sauce this time - mushroom/onion/pepper/mustard) with courgettes, rice cake and cheese
D - mixed salad, other 1/2 Dukan bread with poached eggs, fromage blanc

L - Prawns, Tuna, galette and maybe a hard boiled egg
D - Tandoori Chicken
