Todays menu PV cruise
Porridge as usual
2 salmon fillets, roasted butternut squash and asparagus in griddle pan - just finished, lovely
Chicken and stir fry veg
Tea with skimmed milk, water
swimming this afternoon plus the mean ab roller.
 
PP in Cruise:
B: Muller light with 2tbs oatbran mixed in
L: Small tin tuna in brine (drained:rolleyes:) 2 hard boiled eggs
D: 2 Chicken breasts dry roasted with paprika dip (fat free greek yogurt and paprika!)
Snacks: skinny latte made with skimmed milk, tub of white crab meat.
 
PP Thursday (can't remember if I was to do PP or green PV, so PP to be safe)

B - spicy toast
L - coronation chicken (fromage blanc/curry powder/lemon), tofu pud
D - crabsticks, smoked salmon scrambled eggs, yogurt
S - rhubarb and custard
 
Attack Thursday

B - Cinnamon Galette and vanilla yoghurt
L - Tiger prawns, smoked salmon with a yoghurt mint dip
D - Salmon with chilli
S - Frittata

B - 1 slice Dukan bread with fromage blanc and no added sugar fruit puree (instead of jam)
L - ham, cheese and salad sandwich with rest of Dukan bread, peach
D - lentils and hardboiled egg whites, tomato salad, yogurt

L - Rump steak and Roast Chicken ( hubbie and I shared 1/2 portions of each for variety ) and 1 boiled egg
Sugar free jelly and 1 tbsp Goji Berries
S - 0% Yogurt
D - Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Chicken

Saturday

B - Dukan bread with egg
L - fish/smoked salmon with spinach, orange
D - gala - no idea (invited to friends' house for the evening)

Sunday

B - Dukan cake
L - gala - invited to in-laws' elderly friend for lunch (wish us luck, we're taking the kids!)
D - omelette possibly, something quick anyway as we won't be home until evening

A bit messed up today as was out a lot and had a late breakfast so only 2 meals and missed my oat bran

turkey bacon x 3 rashers, dry fried egg and mushrooms, grilled tomato
beef stew with onions, mushrooms, leeks plus swede and a bit of asparagus that needed eating up.

Back to attack.

B coffee w/ skim milk, from frais w/ sweetener vanilla and oatbran.
L slow cooked beef(5 ish slices) and cottage cheese(2 big tablespoons) more from frais if needed
D 2 or 3 turkey breasts, 2 eggs, sf jelly and yogurt.

D - Roast chicken breast with roast veg (squash, peppers, red onions)
 
I started on attack yesterday, here are yesterday and todays menus for you to comment on as I have not received my book yet from Amazon.

vanilla ff yoghurt
L: scrambled egg, smoked salmon
ff apple yoghurt
D: 2 veal steaks, DD curry sauce
ff cherry yoghurt
snax: 5 crab sticks, 3 slices low fat ham

lost 1.8 kilos

L: tin mackeral in water, 5 crab sticks
ff mango yoghurt
D: large fillet of natural smoked haddock
poached egg
ff strawberry yoghurt
snax: slice of chicken
ff vanilla yoghurt

I am not sure if I should be having smoked haddock but it was in the freezer so thought I would use it up early in the diet. I have also had a bit of a sweet craving this evening so had an extra vanilla yoghurt.

I would appreciate comments please as I appear to be eating more than a lot of other people

Smoked haddock is fine, as are the quantities of food you're eating. No problems there whatsoever.

Could you confirm the brand of yoghurt you're having please?
