Today Cruise PV

B - porridge with goji berries
L - Chicken and prawns
T - turkey bacon and scrambled eggs, sf jelly
Snacks - 4 SF sweets on my 4 hour car journey, sf jelly with sweetened natural yogurt.
Drinks- Water, black tea, 1 diet coke.

Don't have a clue what I'll be having tomorrow yet as my mum and I will be going shopping in the afternoon. No doubt breakfast will be oat bran porridge but that's about as far as my plan goes.
 
PP weekend
B 2 big spoons Fromage frais with oatbran and vanilla, coffee with skimmed milk
L Omelette 1 yolk 3 whites
D steak and 2 eggs, from frais and sf jelly

Sun
B fromage frais with oatbran
L cold chicken, cold beef
D steak and eggs

Bit unimaginitive this weekend but is hard when in someone elses home.

B - Galette and yogurt
L - Three turkey rashers and two dry fried eggs
D - Griddled pepper steak
 
2 PP days in a row ( to compensate for 2 PV days in a row earlier in the week when I had to eat out)
Fri -
B-porridge (1tbsp oatbran 1 cup skimmed milk + sweetner)
L-blinis and chicken, yoghurt
D - steak (and a couple of pickles)
Snack - 3 sf mints, yoghurt
Sat -
B - porridge
L- blinis and tin of salmon
D- meatballs (+tiny splash of tomato sauce), frozen vanilla yoghurt
snack - fridge raiders yummy but not 100% dukan friendly I think

I was delighted to eat out on Thursday twice and stick to Dukan! Even Frankie and Benny's did a suitable and very tasty salad (ok there was oil used to cook the chicken - but not bad!)

T - Steak and Prawns with salad, SF jelly with natural yogurt with sweetener

Still feeling hungry so may have a tin of mackerel.
 
today is day 1 of cruise so here goes. A total of 5.9kg lost in attack (13lbs)

Breakfast: vanilla oatbran muffin, vanilla yoghurt ff
Lunch: scrambled egg, L/F ham, grilled tomatoes, ff yoghurt
Dinner: roast beef, cabbage, fennel, ff yoghurt
Snack: ff yoghurt, crab sticks
fluids: bucketfuls of water, black coffee

Cruise pp day. scales stayed the same today. But still happy. Had to have blood tests this morning so my whole morning routine up the shoot as I wasn't allowed breakfast before test.

B(runch) crab sticks & ff yoghurt
Dinner savoury oatbran pancake, smoked mackeral, poached egg
Snacks L/F ham, ff yoghurt

B: Dukan muffins with cube of smoked salmon in each

L: some turkey and steak cubes (marinated in ginger, garlic and ff fromage frais and fried); skinny chicken leg; ff fruit flavoured yog

S: sugar free jelly

D: 2 x 100g 5% fat burgers with (dry) fried egg on top
 
this is my first day of attack a complete Dukan newbie!
B. scrambled eggs and cup of tea (ss milk + sweetener)
D. ham and hard boiled egg
T.2 turkey steaks and 2 eggs (all dry fryed)
w. 1.5 ltrs up to now
i am having my oat bran a bit later in a bit of onken yog

does the above sound ok?

T - Smoked haddock followed by SF jelly with sweetened natural yogurt.

Drinks - Black tea, Water, one diet coke.

L: 4 crabsticks, 2 slices turkey meatloaf, quarter tofu cake
D: chicken breast, pack of prawns
