PP day

B: 200g Quark
S: 180g coffee flav. yogurt
L: homemade tuna fishcakes (100g tuna steak, soy sauce, 2tbsp oatbran, egg, capers, pepper)
S: 125g vanilla flavoured quark
D: 250g chicken breast with 1 tbsp quark and chives
S: (if hungry, 200g quark sweetened with stevia)

Drinks:
3L water
500ml Coke Zero
Herbal Tea

Exercise:
60 min walk
 
Today the plan is

B - 1 boiled egg & black coffee
L - 1 LF natural yogurt with 2tbsp of oatbran, sweetener and cinnamon
S - 1 boiled egg & black coffee
D - 1 serving of Vietnamese Shaking Beef with 100g of Shirataki noodles

At least 3 litres of water and probably another few coffees.

30 mins of fast paced walking on the treadmill.

Breakfast 2 boiled eggs and a coffee.

Lunch - chicken breast marinated in lime, chilli, ginger and soy sauce.
fat free yogurt

Snack - sweet gallette made with cinamon and nutmeg

Dinner - chicken marinated in fat free yougurt and tikka spices

Other snacks are water, water, more water, smoked salmon pate (smoked salmon fillet, quark, chilli, lime juice and pepper).

Does this look okay?
 
PP day, am a bit short on food though :( Might have to get some chicken on way home.

(no lunch I know, badly planned :eek:! Will eat a good supper instead.)

Which phase are you in? Cruise I presume. I'm concerned that you really don't have enough pure protein in your day (for your current weight). Enjoy your dinner - I love that meal, just that it doesn't love me weight wise with some of the ingredients in that dish. If you find you're not losing well, keep it for a treat meal, delicious as it is.

Soy sauce isn't normally ok on attack (too salty and often sweet too... of course this might have changed!)

Lime juice isn't a problem necessarily, but I've put it in red because some DO have a problem with citric acid so don't over use if your loss is slow.

Tikka spices - just check the ingredients for nasties.

L tuna lettuce cherry tomato
D eggs asparagus mushrooms, rhubarb and from frais
I have an abundance of asparagus and its certainly counteracting any normal water gain on pv days.

Thanks Maintainer - I do think I need to up my protein, will get some plain tuna in water snack packs. I'm on cruise just now, haven't (yet) found the Vietnamese beef or Shirataki noodles causing any problems - fingers crossed!

I live in the Middle East and as it's Ramadan just now it's very difficult to eat in the office (I sneak water in the back during the day and boiled eggs or yogurt are quick to sneakily eat lol).

L - 1 FF yogurt with 1 tbsp oatbran and cinnamon.
D - Dukan chicken curry
S - some cherry sugar-free jelly/some tuna/other proteiny snack that I find in the supermarket lol.

Also, few other black coffees, 3 litres of water and 30 mins brisk walk on treadmill in gym :)

Yeah you're really short on protein again. I think you need to get up in the night and have a meal, as so many do!! (What time does the restriction start in the morning? It's true that it gets light pretty early at the moment? Otherwise, dinner then late snack before bed?) Plenty do ramadan here and they have their skipped meal in the night.
 
Oatbran is listed had it in the from frais.
Just done a quick mfp and yes I'm about 10grams under protein for today. Will add some sardines to dinner.
 
Proper food today not liquidise :) ( dentist bad!!!!!! lol)

B - 0% Yogurt flavoured with SF Jelly
I then mixed it into my Oatbran porridge mmmm YUM
L - Boiled Egg, LF Ham and Chicken Thighs. SF Jelly & 0% Yog
S - Chicken Thigh
D - Chicken and paprika prawns - served with a dry fried egg

Little tip of the day - I made my porridge last night and then re-heated this morning. It was much nicer and thicker :D Also less hassle in the mornings when getting ready to go to work.
Also make hubbie porridge that way too and even converted him.
