Fantastic thread! Thanks all. I was having a serious panic this morning, my first pv day. I almost feel scared of eating veggies in case they somehow throw me off track, and couldn't imagine how to incorporate them sensibly. The daily menus are fab. Thanks so much - I'm feeling much more confident xxx

B: Dukan pancakes with 100g mackerel and a tomato
S: 125g vanilla flavoured quark
L: 125g fish made with passata plus a small amount of courgette, mushroom, onion, garlic and parsley
S: 2 slices smoked salmon, 180g Coffee flavoured yogurt
D: ommelette (1y+3w) 45g sardines and tomatoes with chives, 180g natural yogurt
S: 200g quark flavoured with vanilla


Beginning to think 4 PV days in a row is maybe too many. Feeling hungry a fair bit but maybe not eating enough pure protein. Will stick with it until the end of the month perhaps.

D - chicken soup, prawns and chicken
S - cinnamon oatbran galette, vanilla yoghurt

My menu - day 2 of attack

B: Galette with smoked salmon
Black coffee

L: crab sticks and prawns chopped up into dry fried omelette made with 2 eggs

S; turkey ham slices

D: chicken breast chopped and dry fried with yoghurt flavoured with curry powder for curry esque inspired tea!

Lots n lots of water :)
 
Hi all,

Could somebody please have a look at my menu and tell me how it looks. PP day today.

Breakfast = coffee with skimmed milk, galette and a toffee muller light.

Snack = sugar free jelly

Lunch = chicken breast slices and a boiled egg

Dinner = meatballs followed by 0% greek yogurt flavoured with lemon juice and sweetner

1.5 litres of water, 1 can of diet coke (maybe 2), 2 coffees and skimmed milk.

zumba class for exercise.

D: dukan pancakes (egg white only) and 160g oven baked salmon
S: 125g quark sweetened with stevia

Today - PV

B - Yogurt with cinnamon, 1tbsp oatbran and sweetener.
S - 3 crab sticks
L - Grilled tuna slices (pre-packed in water)
S - 2 eggs scrambled with 5 cherry tomatoes
D - 1 chicken breast as Dukan curry with 1tbsp of oatbran to thicken up the sauce.
S - Sugar free jelly with sweetened yogurt.

Limit to 3 litres of water.

I'm determined to eat all of that today - been struggling to eat at all.
