S - Muffins (maintainers recipe :) ) and Total
 
yesterday PV day went out the window - didn't stop all day working, had my porridge, lunch was about 3.30 when I grabbed some cold chicken, kids tea was a 6pm and I ate some left over chicken that had some kind of chinese marinade on it - god knows what. Tea was at 10pm 2 boiled eggs and OH had chinese and was so tired I ate one duck with pancake spring onions cucumber and that hoisin sauce, followed by sf jelly.

Today PV and better organised

crab, smoked salmon, quark, toms
roast beef and a small amount of each veg - green beans, cabbage, leek, brocolli, carrots

B: 250g mince with small amount of garlic and shallot
S: 125g quark mixed with 90g coffee flav. yog
L: 4 chicken drumsticks minus skin
S: 125g quark and 90g vanilla flav. yogurt
D: 160g cod topped with oaty herby crust (yum!)
S: 180g 0% prune yogurt (1 tolerated -best choice available :eek:)


You're going to find this diet SO cheap when you get back to the UK!!

Back home to Ireland actually but yes it should be way cheaper! :) Xx

Chicken (200g) and tomato omlette

Sf jelly

Cottage pie (lean minced beef 350g and carrot and swede mash.)

Water,diet coke and coffee.

zumba class.

Yesterday PV
B - 4 x crabsticks
L - chicken salad (lettuce/tomatoes) and 2 boiled eggs
S - 2 cappuccinos (with SEMI skimmed milk - aaaaargh!)
D - Steak, onions, mushrooms, tomato
S - dukan bread, cottage cheese, turkey
1 litre water - 40 mins running

Plan for Today - PP
B - rhubarb, 0% greek yoghurt, cinnamon
L - prawns, turkey
D - steak, chicken breast (done on barbecue)
S - galette, yoghurt

20 mins on Wii Fit, 3l water

small piece of chicken and 1 small bit of smoked salmon spread with quark as a snack about 2.30pm as lunch was late as had to go to butchers.

This is what I had to eat today.

I have done 5 days of PP, and I should have been PV today, but I couldn't do it - and I normally love veg. So 6 days of PP in a row. I need a rollocking I think:

B Pear flavoured total FF yogurt
L Gallette with more yogurt, and some very lean ham
D Lamb. It was extremely lean lamb, and I had some mint sauce ( a little)

snack - choc from frais, and a starbucks skinny latter

L: 1 chicken thigh minus skin, 180g coffee flav. yogurt
S: 250g quark and 180g coffee flav. yogurt, cherry tomatoes
D: 160g cod topped with oaty herby crust plus aubergine, fennel and onion


Yesterday
This week's Cruise pattern= PP,PP,PP,PP, PV,PV,PV)

Brunch: omelette ( 1y + 4w) plus courgette, mushroom and 50g smoked salmon
D: 170g fresh tuna steak with ratatouille of aubergine, courgette, fennel and tomato. (yum!)
Supper: Rhubarb and oatbran with 250g quark mixed with 180g vanilla yogurt

Today
This week's Cruise pattern= PP,PP,PP,PP, PV, PV,PV)

S: 50g smoked salmon
Brunch: omelette ( 1y + 4w) plus courgette, mushroom and 50g smoked salmon
S: 125g quark with 90g vanilla 0% yogurt
D: 170g salmon with ratatouille of aubergine, courgette, fennel and tomato.
S: Rhubarb crumble with 125g quark mixed with 90g vanilla yogurt

PP

B - two toffee muffins with 180g total + splenda (muffins make as per toffee muffin recipe only with two yokes and 4 whites, 3tbsp ss milk powder instead of 6 and 2tbsp splenda instead of 4)
L - One hard boiled egg, One large chicken breast sprinkled with garlic powder and dried parsley then grilled.
D - Approx 5 ounces steak, pepper and griddled.
S - 4 more muffins and probably another 180g total

Drinks - 2litres water, tea and coffee (about 3 mugs) with splash of milk

D: dukan savoury pancakes made with 270g trout (1 egg + 1 white)

L - Small salmon fillet, salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, radishes, cucumber drizzled with balsamic
D - Mongolian Beef and asparagus
S - Muffins and probably another 180g total

Drinks - 2litres water, tea and coffee (about 3 mugs) with splash of milk
