Daily menus

Today's plan is...

B = 2 boiled eggs
L = Chicken, cottage cheese and a galette
D = Beef with pepper and onion cooked in my own fajita spice mix
S = total 0% yogurt and sf jelly.

Water, diet coke and coffee to drink.

Look okay?
 
First Day of Cruise today :) though a bit wary as scales showed a slight gain this morning so not going all out yet!

Brekkie: 3x mushrooms / Asparagus tips / 1 egg scambled with bit of quark and lean ham. Coffee with skimmed milk

Lunch: Chicken breast seasoned with paprika with salad (lettuce/toms/cucumber) Low fat yog

Tea: Stuffed courgette (stuffed with lean mince - bolgnaise style!) with roasted peppers/onions/garlic. 1/2 Gallette with sweetened quark

Snack - 1/2 gallette

Drink - lots of Green tea!!
 
Looks fine Chica. Which brand of yoghurt are you using? (And be sure to keep your protein to veg/salad ratio high, usually guess at 66%/33%.) You're possibly a little high on veg here (aka low on protein!).

L: 200g roast beef
S:250g quark and 180g vanilla flav. yogurt
D:fishcakes (160g cod, oat bran, egg white, parsley, chives, paprika and black pepper (1 egg + 1 white)
S: 125g quark and 90g vanilla flav. yogurt
 
Pv day
B from frais, bran, coffee, skim milk
L chicken (1 thigh, 2 drumsticks) lettuce, cherry toms
D mushroom, asparagus omelette, chicken drumstick
 
PV Conso + fruit

B - fromage blanc and blackberries, 1/2 Dukan bread
S - apple
L - green salad, boiled eggs and more Dukan bread, yogurt
D - chicken legs, green beans and courgettes, extra Dukan bread (instead of 'normal' bread allowance) and cheese

Brekkie: one egg smoked mackerel omelette & Coffee w. dash skimmed milk
Lunch: grilled prawns and fresh anchovies (I'm going to a Tapas bar so have double checked menu in advance!)
Tea: roasted sardines + 1/2 gallette with cottage cheese
Snack: 1x small chicken breast / 1/2 gallette
Drink: more green tea and water

B - Three rashers turkey bacon, one dry fried egg
L and D - Slow cooked lean topside beef
S - Muffins and Total

2 litres water
Tea and Coffee with splash of milk

B: 200g rabbit liver with a tsp of mustard ( so delish , sorry, Jo! :eek:)
L: 2 chicken thighs minus the skin
D: 200g oven baked salmon & 4 chopped egg whites sprinkled with paprika and chives
S: Dukan pancakes with quark, cinnamon, vanilla and stevia (egg white only)

Only 1 tbsp diary! Yay, go me!:stickdance:

I sprinkled the salmon liberally with strong paprika before putting it in the oven to bake - so simple but so good! :)Xx

Unexpected day out yesterday so had to have another PV day
Dukan bread & quark
Ham Salad - no dressing (Mr R happy got everything I couldnt have - olives, croutons, new potato)
BNS Cottage Pie (family favourite since Dukan)
walk: 5 miles

Another day out today but not unexpected so I'm going to be more prepared by taking out my food.

Impossible to say without knowing your weight... and hard to be certain withot quantities of meat...
