PV

Pre-swim: lemon and fennel muffin
B: 200g spag bol and turnips
L: total yogurt, another muffin, 4 cherry tomatoes
S: Another muffin
D: salmon fillet, chicken breast and cabbage and mushrooms
S: Froyo - Greek yogurt and rhubarb

Ate too much Froyo this eve, so good, the ice cream maker will have to be kept as weekend treat!:eek:
 
Tues 13th Sept - PP Day

Brekkie: Dukan porridge mixed with WW fat free vanilla yoghurt
Lunch: 1 slice ham, sliced turkey breast, boiled egg, handful king prawns (on special offer in Sainsburys!)
Tea 2 x Basa fillets seasoned with drop of lemon juice and pepper, quorn mince mixed with quark and herbs (weird I know but last day before shopping arrives!)
Snack: fat free yoghurt / slice ham
Drinks - 1 x coffee, 2 x green teas, lots weak squash.
Exercise 20 mins on Wii Fit (got kicked off as had promised daughter she could watch Spongebob before bedtime!)

L turkey mince and cottage cheese
D steak and tinned salmon
S yoghurt flavored with hartleys sf jelly powder
 
Thursday 15/9 PV
Muffins
Quiche (Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Spring Onion, Tuna, Dill, Black Pepper)
Loads of Steak, Cauliflower, Brocolli, Green Beans

WEDS 14th Sept - PP Day

Brekkie: Dukan porridge mixed with WW fat free vanilla yoghurt
Packed Lunch: sliced beef steak, sliced chicken breast, 4 x crab sticks, fat free yog.
Tea 2 x small salmon fillets seasoned with pepper and mixed herbs, handful of king prawns with little chilli (yum!), spoonful of extra low fat cream cheese (Tescos), poached egg.
Snack: fat free yoghurt / slice ham
Drinks - 1 x coffee, 3 x green teas, lots weak squash.
Exercise 1/2 hour on Wii Fit

Have now bought baking powder so looking forward to experimenting with all your muffin recipes at the weekend!:D
 
PV Wednesday

Pre-swim: lemon and fennel muffin
B: 2 more muffins, 3 cherry tomatoes
L: beef casserole with carrots, turnips and onions in a tomato sauce
D: 2 chicken breasts stirfry with cabbage, mushrooms and asparagus and mustard
S: total and rhubarb
 
Green PV (instead of PP)

B - Dukan bread and boiled egg
L - fish and prawns in white sauce, spinach, fromage blanc
D - chicken and courgettes and rest of bread, strained yogurt (hopefully less carbs than the unstrained)
 
Thurs15th Sept - PV Day

Brekkie: Dukan porridge mixed with WW mango yoghurt (tolerated?)
Packed Lunch: sliced chicken breast, 3 x crab sticks, 2 slices turkey ham, baby plus toms, cucumber sticks, yellow pepper sticks, fat free yog.
Tea Stir fry with 3 chicken mini fillets, courgetter, yellow pepper, mushrooms, green beans, splash soy sauce.
Snack: fat free yoghurt / slice ham
Drinks - 1 x coffee, 3 x green teas, lots weak squash.
Exercise 1/2 hour on Wii Fit

out for tea tomorrow but doing hour of Zumba first! :)

FRI 16th - PV Day

Brekkie: Dukan porridge mixed with SF jelly (weirdly yum!)
Packed Lunch: sliced tikka seasoned chicken breast, 3 x crab sticks, 2 slices turkey ham spread with extra low fat cheese spread
Tea @ Harvester - Spit Roast Chicken (Skin removed) 2 trips to salad bar (PV friendly) NO extras! :)
Snack: small bowl jelly with fat free fromage frais.
Drinks - 1 x coffee, lots water, 1 1/2 pints Pepsi Max
Exercise 1 hour Zumba class (loved it - proper wiggly stuff! :D)

sis-in-law's wedding tomorrow .. hmmmm
 
PV day
B= 2 crunchy dukan biscuits. natural fat free yohurt sweetened with splenda, 2 drops banana essence

L= 3 turkey rashers, chestnut mushrooms, scrambled egg (2 eggs), 2 plum tomatoes

D= courgette lasagne

snacks: slice of meatloaf, packet wrigleys extra SF gum, sneaky bite of DH's frangipan!
 
Right, a few days of PP to get things moving again.

Today:

B - eggs, turkey bacon
L - thought I didn't have lunch but I did - grilled salmon steaks with lemon!
D - grilled steak.
S - almond muffins and yogurt with SF jelly.

Am starving, haven't eaten enough. What can I have?

Today's menu has been very boring but haven't had a chance to go shopping since getting back home.

Breakfast: Black coffee & scrambled egg (2 whole & 1 extra white)

Lunch: 2 small smoked mackerels with cracked black pepper, a handful of mussels & fat free mint yoghurt dip

Snacks: 2 fat free raspberry yoghurts (Shape ones - have decided after reading the book to give them a go even though not now recommended) with 1.5 tbsp oat bran (will definitely be doing something more exciting with my bran tomorrow!)

Drinks: 2 cans of Pepsi Max & 1.5 litres of water (so far)

Dinner: Not 100% sure but I think I'll have another couple of mackerel as they were so yummy

Apart from the obvious yoghurt faux pas does it seem like I'm on the right track?

S: total yog flavoured with decaf coffee and sweetener
 
Tues 20th - PV Day

Brekkie: Dukan porridge (1 tbsp oat bran / 1/2 tbsp wheat bran)

Packed Lunch: 2 x chopped beef quick fry steaks (grilled!), 2 slices turkey ham spread with extra low fat cheese spread / sliced cucumber and green pepper. Dukan muffin (raspberry!)

Tea 2 x small salmon fillets / asparagus / roasted veg (aubergine / courgette / butternut squash) / mushrooms mixed with extra low fat cream cheese.

Snack: few slices wafer thin turkey ham

Drinks - 2 x coffee, lots water

Exercise 1/2 hour on Wii Fit
 
Chica - that "extra low fat cream cheese" is a tolerated item, restricted to 30g per day (if you're losing weight well and happy to use tolerated items!).

Lausanne - YUM! :D

Zakaria - not sure about the mint yoghurt. Brand? And on attack, you really should stay away from fruit yoghurts!!
