White PP Thursday for tomorrow:(

B - one egg and 2 white omelette
L - coronation chicken Dukan bread sandwich, fromage blanc
D - grilled white fish with garlic/herb home-made cheese, coffee meringue

Kids will get custard from all the leftover yolks.
 
First PV day :)

Breakfast: 2 eggs & mushrooms

Lunch: Chicken curry (onions, chicken breast, spices, tomato & yoghurt)

Dinner: No spaghetti bolognese (made with quorn)

Snacks: Oatbran coffee muffins, 1 shape fat free yoghurt

Drinks: bucket of water, 1 black coffee & 2 cans of Pepsi Max

I've really enjoyed today's food - hope it's easy getting into the swing of alternating days :)

Weds 21st Sept - PP

Brekkie: Dukan porridge + few leftover jelly crystals

Packed Lunch: 2 x slices turkey ham / sliced chicken breast / 3x crab sticks / low fat vanilla yog

Tea Smoked haddock 2 egg omelette with dollop cottage cheese.

Snack: few slices wafer thin turkey ham

Drinks - 2 x coffee, lots water, 2 green teas.

Exercise no time! :( Walked lots at work but not proper exercise today.

Dinner: 2 herring, 150g tuna steak, 150g smoked paprika chicken breast strips

L - Turkey and chilli meatballs
D - Turkey steaks wrapped in basil and ham with a ff cream cheese pepper sauce

snacks - sf jelly and pieces of tandorri chicken

2 litres of water at least
 
Thurs 22nd Sept - PV

Brekkie: Low fat lemon yog (WW) - no porridge as in such a rush and left it uneaten in the microwave! :(

Packed Lunch: Dukan rasperry muffin / sliced chicken breast / 3x crab sticks / handful cherry toms / left over roasted veg/low fat vanilla yog.

Tea Chicken tikka pieces / roasted aubergine

Snack: 3 x crab sticks / dollop cottage cheese

Drinks - 2 x coffees, lots water, 1 green teas.

Exercise over 1/2 hour on Wii Fit

Breakfast - very lean low salt ham, GORGEOUS piccolino cherry tomatoes from M&S devoured the entire box....

L- chicken shish and salad

D- fish stew (cod, prawns, orange pepper, fennel, garlic, tomatoes)

Yummy day but didn't fit in my oatbran!

Hello there - I think you're on attack, yes? Which "ff cream cheese" are you using? (I don't know of a fat free one the ones I know are tolerated items so not ok for attack.)

I shall presume you're cooking your food from scratch. Feel free to eat more protein if you're hungry.

Check the nutritional info of your yogs would you, particularly the lemon one? (I found varying carb contents, but too high for Dukan normally I fear.) If you're losing well, no worries, but if you stall, stop them!

Raspberry? flavouring, I'm guessing (hoping!!)

I know :( I'd run out of my stash of frozen muffins and haven't been able to get to shops as little one ill. Will definitely get it in today! :)

Snack - coke zero (250ml glass bottle)
Dinner - as lunch ( hubbie working away this week and have 2 little ones - so not much time! ;o) )
Snack - rhubarb & quark ( major transit issues)

2 litres of water and 30 min power walk with pram + hoovering with 10.5kg son in baby sling!!! :)

How long have you plateaued for?
Maybe transit issues not helping with that :eek:

Only thing I might say about food is levels of protein - are you havinng enough at each meal?
I know your on your own at moment but you maybe also need to add variety to get your body guessing again. Our bodies can be very tricky things and if you give them the same foods they get used to it and predict whats next and don't work so hard to break it all down.......surprise your body into loss again.
Stick with it and maybe have some protein at brekkie time too?

L - Chicken thighs, boiled egg, peppers, spring onion and tomato

Hi Maintainer

Ff cream cheese should of said soft cheese ie quark. I added a tablespoon mixed with herbs garlic little spring onion and chives to the centres. I'm eating large portions of protein with each meal to avoid snacking too often as generally I was a 10 snack a day person 1 evening meal previously. Thanks
