Protein amounts are pretty large, but may I could add some for breakfast and snacks too! Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it xx
 
Ooh - was 66kg on 1st Sep and today I was 65.3 - so I have lost but only 700g in 23 days. My target weight date was 10.10 -58kg so won't make that! :( Re-set for 1st Dec.
Transit issues must be contributing - if I don't take colon cleanse, I basically can't go - it was 10 days last time :(

Dinner - my first dinner out since starting DD!!! Veal lean steak, pork tenderloin 3% fat, salad. 2x diet coke lots of water.

Breakfast -dry fried eggs and virtually fat free turkey bacon
Snack - DD muffin ( made without toffee yoghurt 0% total and quark instead)
Lunch - chicken breasts
Snack DD muffin
Dinner - Lean beef joint

2 liters of water & 30 min walk
Muffins allowance 3 per day

B: 150g tuna steak, 2 mushrooms and 5 cherry toms with Dijon and fresh parsley
L: 5 homemade Kofta skewers with butternut squash mash
S: 500g fro yo with rhubarb
D: 200g cod with celeriac chips coated with lemon pepper and smoked paprika
S: butternut squash cookies, straw & kiwi sf jelly

Hi Christell, I popped the recipe in the recipe thread - link below the diaries. I was reading your menu and shark steak caught my eye, then I noticed you are from Denmark. You must be able to get a bigger selection of fish there - have never seen shark on sale in the supermarkets here in Ireland. :)Xx
 
PP - Sunday 25th

B: 150g oven baked wild salmon in an egg white herby omelette
L: chicken drumsticks, 250g non bake fromage frais lemon cheesecake
S: Dukan "Jaffa cakes"
D: 170g fillet steak topped with a poached egg
S: remaining 250g non bake fromage frais lemon cheesecake
 
Today for me:
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs with crispy (grilled!) sliced ham & turkey.
Lunch: Cajun cod baked in a foil parcel with garlic/yoghurt sauce.
Dinner: Meatloaf followed by yoghurt & oatbran.

Yum :)

L: Cottage cheese & chicken breast salad.
D: Turkish kofte with garlicky green beans & ff tzatziki, sf 'fizzy' jelly.
S: Bits of chicken and crabsticks if I'm hungry.
 
PV today, can't wait for consolidation and 6 PV days a week!! :)

Pre-swim: lemon and ginger muffin
Breakfast: rhubarb, 2 coffee muffins, 4 cherry tomatoes
Lunch: tuna steak and wild salmon veg casserole (300g fish)
Dinner: spicy mince and courgettes topped with celeriac mustard mash, 1 chicken breast coated with lemon pepper
Snack: 400g fro yo flavoured with lime zest and juice (so yum!)

B: Yoghurt & oatbran
L: 'cordon bleu' (chicken with vlf philli, garlic & chives & wrapped in beef)
D: Steak with dry fried egg, sf jelly
S: chicken pieces & crabsticks if hungry
 
Starting today on Attack. Gotta trek out to get some oatbran and some 0% yoghurt to stir it in.

B: 2 hardboiled eggs.
L: Grilled steak.
D: Grilled skinless chicken.

Drinks: Tea, lots of water, maybe some Diet Pepsi.
Misc: Yoghurt + oatbran.

Yesterday: B prawns and one egg omelette
L. Chicken and leeks in stock.
S sweet spicy Dukan toast with goji berries and quark
D grilled fish.

Today
B quick breakfast of raw egg, milk and sweetened coffee milk shake made in liquidiser
L tin sardines, hardboiled egg and quark mashed finely with black pepper and tarragon, on savoury Dukan toast. Salad.
S rhubarb and plain yogurt.
Not sure about dinner yet. Probably baked salmon and asparagus

Dinner: fish pie with cod and tuna steak(1 tsp cornflour)
