I really had run out of inspiration, so thank goodness for other daily menus to steal! ;)
 
PP Stab:( (youngest's birthday this week, so lunch at inlaws = 3 galas;) and cake yesterday at his party)

B - big bowl fromage blanc, Dukan toast
L - More toast with chicken livers and scrambled eggs (one egg and 2 whites)
D - white fish and prawns with lemon juice, tofu pud
 
PV day:

Oatbran porridge with sf flavoured ff from frais

Beef, stuffed pepper and salad.
Sf jelly flavoured ff from frais

Yummiest dinner :)
Shepherds pie
EL beef mince, onion, reduced salt oxo cube, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree and seasoning.
Topped with mashed cauliflower ( quark stirred through )

Whole family loved it, son asked if we can have it every day lol

My families favourite too - they love butternut squash on top prefer it to mash potato :)

Todays Menu on Attack

B..Oatbran cookie and coffee with sweetner and skimmed milk

L..Haddock fillet...... Nice large piece steamed with lemon and parsley, plus a few prawns

D..(working so lunchbox meal) Roast chicken, Prawns, Boiled egg, cottage cheese (strange mixture???)

Snacks.. Crabsticks (limit myself to 4 a day), Fat free fromage frais

Plenty of water before and after my shift xx

B: Grilled chicken slices, poached egg
L: Herby baked cod, dry fried cottage cheese (went gooey like mozarella!)
S: FF yoghurt with vanilla&candarel oatbran
D: Meatloaf, garlicy yoghurt sauce. SF jelly

I found that if I add the vanilla flavouring and candarel to the oatbran, mix it all in and leave it to absorb a little, it's super yummy topped with yoghurt & I get a stronger vanilla taste :)
 
@Redbooties... I had bolognese this week on a PV day and shredded some cabbage to have instead of the spaghetti - it was really yummy :) Loving the sound of a pepper stew - I think I might have to do something similar tomorrow!!!
