Daily menus

PP

Breakfast - Oatbran galette & 2 turkey rashers + a black coffee
Lunch - Tuna and prawns in Dukan white sauce
Dinner - Around 150g of Chicken with...perhaps vinegar

and sugar free jelly for a pud :)
Probably snack on prawns & leftover cuts of chicken!

+ 2 litres of water
 
Tuesday PP:
B - Oatbran porridge with vanilla
S - Sweetened quark with orange flavouring
L - Ham and basil quiche
D - Garlic Chicken
S - SF jelly if needed
 
PP
Pre-swim:sweet egg white omelette
B: salmon and a hard boiled egg
L: muffins and total yogurt
D: chicken breasts coated with smoked paprika
S: coffee puffs
 
PP:
B: FF yoghurt (with strawberry flavour) and oatbran
L: Tuna & cottage cheese
D: Salmon steak with poached egg
S: Chicken (if I'm hungry after gymming!)

Exercise: Gym :)

B : Oatbran galette (but no sweetner, so it's more savoury) & some chicken bits
L : Dukan "Miracle Soup" with about 150g of chicken.. and perhaps a small WW yoghurt depending on how hungry I am before I go back to workies :)

D : Homemade meatballs with a homemade tomato sauce & perhaps some chunky veg added in!

+ 2 litres of water

+ I've done my 45minutes in the gym today :D
 
Final Day of Attack!!

Breakfast: Oat Bran porrideg with cinnamon and sweetener

Snack: Slice of beef

Lunch: Tuna, boiled eggs, Slice of beef

Tea: Kippers (?) Hope these are ok!, chicken breast, cottage cheese, Natural yogurt with sweetener and cinnamon

B: lemon and caraway muffins
L: mince, cabbage and celeriac
D: salad and hard boiled eggs
Snack: 250g natural yogurt

B: Oatbran & yoghurt
L: Tuna, cottage cheese & gherkins
D: Chicken cordon bleu (stuffed with cottage cheese, wrapped in ham)

Exercise: Gym

B : Oatbran porridge; made with water & few drops of vanilla
L : Chicken omelette & a WW toffee yoghurt

D : Nice piece of Coley marinated in "curry" (curry spices mixed with 0% greek yoghurt) and perhaps some prawns.

+ 2 litres of water

+ a 30 minute power walk/jog tonight!

Breakfast: Half a chicken breast, Half a mackerel fillet (bad brekkie I know, but was running late!)

Lunch: Half chicken breast, half mackerel fillet, cherry toms, cucumber & radishes, Greek fat free yogurt

Snack: Oat bran porridge

Dinner: Dab, kippers, brussels & broccoli

If you're losing, of course ;)

Otherwise, citric acid can stall some. Caraway seeds look wrong to me, but I dunno whether he allows them! Even on Conso, seeds on bread aren't allowed so I doubt it.

Thanks, Jo. Definitely will remove citrus if stalling. Good tip. The only thing about the caraway, when you search coriander seed and cumin seed on that site, the nutritional breakdown of all three are more or less the same ( caraway slightly higher on the carbs and lower on the fat in comparison alright)Would be an interesting question for someone receiving coaching to ask perhaps.
