Daily menus

PP day for me today

B- oatbran porridge
L- tuna quiche
D salmon fillets & cottage cheese

snack will probably be some yoghurt
 
PV for me today
B- 1 scrambled egg with chopped mushrooms cooked in it & a griddled tomato
L- rhubarb muffins & yoghurt
D- turkey bolognese
 
Tuesday 1/11 (how time flies when doing Dukan - 15th week!)

Muffins
Roast chicken,roast celeriac & green beans (veg warmed up in the microwave)
roast cod, baked cherry toms, bns & sprouts :)
roast chicken (snack)
 
Brekkie - Dukan porridge - lush
Lunch - Chicken
Tea - Tuna omelette

Snaks - 6 crab sticks and some yoghurt, water and diet coke

1st day - am I OK with this or do I need more protein?? Have to say I feel ok and not hungry at all.:)

Tuesday - PP
Breakfast - large skinny cappuccino (175ml)
Snack - small skinny latte (175ml) -costa coffee
Lunch - homemade beefburgers and dry fried egg
Snack - galette and dollop ff yoghurt & 5g Gogi berries
Dinner - probably same as lunch as the mince needed eating ...

Fluid - so far two milky coffees and a fanta zero (v bad!)...

Exercise - 25mins swimming
 
Brekkie - Dukan porride and scrambled egg
Lunch - chicken thighs x 2, 6 crabsticks, yoghurt
Tea - Mackeral and erm, mackeral (Mmm bit odd but hey)

Water and 3 teas with s/s milk

D- venison burgers steamed cabbage & leeks

Lunch - 100gms turkey/ home made butternut squash soup
Dinner - Rump steak/roasted butternut squash/ mushroom sauce
Snack - 1 toffee muffin and ff yoghurt with sweetener
 
PP Thursday

B - 2 whites and 1 whole scrambled eggs with Dukan bread
L - prawns with fromage blanc/paprika, fish and lemon juice, custard (made with custard powder)
D - more prawns and rest of bread, roast chicken, fromage blanc
 
Not very interesting today as now running low on food here PP day today

L- lemon & ginger muffins yoghurt
D- chicken

B - tuna omelette
l -2 salmon steaks
d - spicy herby meatballs
s - spicy dukan 'biscotti'

Snack - two oat bran muffins
Lunch - chicken salad (tomatoes, broccoli and mushrooms and a bit of balsamic vinegar)
Dinner - tuna steak, asparagus

L- Spicy red pepper & tomato soup (hot hot hot) & taken 1 of my friends home made venison burgers out the freezer
