Ruth - lovely varied first menu. Careful with lemon juice - some find it stalls them (and fruit isn't really ok for the diet, although I know he puts it in some recipes!). Also remember to keep your protein levels high. Try to aim for 66% protein / 33% veg/salad on your plate where posible.
Cafe creme with skimmed milk, I trust ;)

I only had a squeeze, don't really like lemon juice to be honest but it was something different :)
I was terrified of gaining this morning and ive put 0.25lb on which I'm pleased with as I thought it would be much more!
I will remember the rule of more protein than veg as I wasn't sure :)

PV day today and trying to use stuff up out the freezer thats been lurking LOL

B- 2 egg omlette with a couple of slices of bacon (all fat removed and bacon patted dry after dry frying) mushrooms
L- Rhubarb muffins & yoghurt visiting friend so thought this would be easy to take with me plus she wants to try them LOL (shes a cook so usually everything is calorie laden)
D- chilli made with pork mince onions, peppers, tomatoes ,
 
Thursday - PP

B - vanilla and sweetened galette, ff yoghurt
L - Roast chicken slices, tandoori turkey pieces, herby yoghurt dip
D - smoked salmon, mexican spiced mince
S - lean sandwich steak strips

Another PP day -
B - 2 vanilla muffins
L - 3 tuna quiches with Dukan BBQ
D - chicken with rest of BBQ sauce, 1 vanilla muffin and Dukan custard
 
Day 4 PP Day 1

Breakfast:
Galette with Vanilla Flavouring & Sweetener
Coffee with 1 Tsp Skimmed Milk & Sweetener

Snack: Black English Breakfast Tea

Lunch: Fresh Crabmeat (from Market in town!), smoked salmon slices, 1 small cornichon, 3 small pickled onions and 2 hard boiled eggs :)
Cafe Creme
2 Litres Water

Snack: 0% Fat Greek Yogurt with 100g Rhubarb
Black Coffee with Sweetener

Tea:
Chicken Drumsticks/thighs with spices, garlic, onions, 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 2 Drops of Tabasco, Reduced Sugar/Salt Ketchup, S&P and sweetener.
Seasoned Sirloin Steak
Sugarfree Jelly
2 Litres Water
 
Thursday 10/11 PP

(not enough to eat or variety today - very busy at work and then visiting a friend -50th bday)
