PV day
B - 2 muffins
L - 3 mini salmon and broccoli quiches
D - BNS soup/ 1 large meatball/ 2 muffins

I shall presume that your 4 muffins equal the daily ration of oatbran in Cruise.

I don't think you're eating enough protein for your current weight... hard to tell of course without quantities, but feel free to add some (meat/fish rather than dairy) if you're hungry.

Thanks Maintainer, muffins are indeed made with two tablespoons of oatbran per batch, I know I eat them every day but I find them a lifesaver when I am running about with my job ( I train horses)! Will defo try to up the protein level in the next few days, will also write amounts as sometimes I am eating quite alot of chicken etc. Thanks for keeping me on track!

Wednesday - PV
B - ff yoghurt (realised the last of my mufffins had gone off once I got to work)

Not enough protein today but I was feeling unwell all day and struggled to eat even the soup.

D - steak, bbq sauce
S - muffins, smoked salmon mini quiches
