Daily menus

Today's menu - PP day

B: skinny cappuccino, galette & dollop ff yog
L: mini crustless quiches (though made with el Philly & bacon so not good)
D: 2 pork chops with all fat removed - again not ideal.
S: small skinny cappuccino - as out this afternoon.
Not brilliant!
No wonder am not losing weight...
 
Tomorrows PP:
B - Vanilla oatbran porridge
L - Tuna mini quiches
D - Chicken Soup (Chicken, stock, lots of black pepper, lots of garlic)
S - SF jelly
 
Meat was off for my lasagne so had ham with courgettes and mushrooms instead :)

L - 3 large meatballs
D - 5 pieces of chicken with 1 tblspn oat bran/ Dukan BBQ sauce

S: 100g Rhubarb with Greek Yog
D: 3 Boiled Eggs

B- dry fried egg & mushrooms, grilled bacon(fat removed) & tomato
L- muffins & yoghurt
D- chicken & salad
 
Lunch was changed to a venison burger and wee drop veg as forgot I had no runny yoghurt to make muffins. Yoghurt maker been turned on & going to have a gallette as a snack later with my total yoghurt
 
PV today

B: Cappuccino, Oatbran/Yoghurt/Spices
L: Loch Fyne - Seafood Selection (salmon, seabass, langoustine, scallops - with mixed veg (including petit pois) - also had light butter sauce over it..
D: Sausages (naughty I know), swede carrot mash & bisto gravy..

Not a perfect Dukan day - but v yummy

L- 3 salmon and broccoli mini quiche/100gms turkey
D -fillet steak/cauliflower/mushroom and pepper sauce
S - 1 muffin
YUMMY dinner -steak soooooo good!
 
PV today and been to greengrocer:
B - Oatbran porridge flavoured with SF jelly crystals (not great, not doing again)
L - Boiled eggs x 2, vegetable soup
D - Green chilli, lime and coriander meatballs; roasted butternut squash,garlic and yellow pepper.
S - Rhubarb with bit of milk as no yoghurt in.

L - 100gms ham
D - chicken/ dukan bbq sauce/ 2 muffins/ ff yoghurt
 
Pp day

B - 2 boiled eggs and galette
L - 2 chicken breasts and a few king prawns
D - tuna steak (small) more prawns
S - two sugar free jellies, one 1% yoghurt. Stacks and stacks of h20 xx
 
PP:
B - porridge with 1/2tsp sweetener and vanilla
L - tuna and chilli mini quiches x 4
D - Garlicky chicken soup
S - SF jelly
 
End of attack and I have lost 6lbs woohoo! So happy and even happier I can now have veggies!

PV Day -

B - Dukan Porridge
L - Beef stew, slow cooked with low salt stock, carrots swede onions and mushrooms, serving with some brussels
D - Chicken and 0% greek yoghurt

Well first time in writing on this bit! So here goes:)

PP day today

B) Fat free yoghurt with 2 x oat bran and 1x Wheat bran
L) 2 x Dukan quiche with lean bacon
D) 200g Chicken breast with spices and a sugar free Jelly

2 litres of water
3 cups of tea with skimmed milk and sweetner.

I think im eating enough protein, i generally fill myself with fluids so dont eat as much too.

L - chicken breast and thigh, all skin removed
D- Steak with onion sauce but left the onion!/100gm turkey/2 muffins

D- steak mince

Looks fine. If we're looking for nits, you could lose the bacon... and wheatbran is now tolerated so something else to monitor if you are stalling.

Can we have worcestershire sauce in cruise?
