Daily menus

PP for me again today, not hungry at all today as feeling crud :( forcing myself to eat though.

B- 1 scrambled egg 1 tbsp skimmed milk & smoked salmon 2 black coffees
L- going to bake muffins & I'll possibly have yoghurt
D- turkey steak & cottage cheese
 
Mummy - no to Worcestershire Sauce, I'm afraid. (Apparently the question was asked on the official site, and so this is an "official" response!)
 
Today's PV
B - Porridge with vanilla
L - Boiled eggs x 2, cabbage soup
D - Roasted butternut squash stuffed with roasted courgettes, red pepper, mushrooms and a red chilli, tuna.

L)1x quiche and fat free yoghurt with sweetener.
D) 200g chicken with spices 1 x sugar free jelly.
S) Porridge 2 x tbsp oat bran 1 x wheat ran.

2 litres water
3 coffees with skimmed milk.

L- omelette with ham and mushroom and salad
D- chicken skewers with salad/ 2 muffins
 
PV today :)
B- oatbran porridge
L- is something I've taken out the freezer lol looks like either bolognese or chilli no idea what mince it was made with so will be a surprise when it's defrosted
D- braised steak with veg

L - Tuna and chilli mini quiches
S - Yoghurt with SF jelly crystals: yummy
D - Chicken soup with loads of garlic
 
Another PP day today as Id like Veggies tomorrow when I have time to eat with my babies :)

B - Oatbran Porridge, 2 x Coffee's
L - Roast Chicken
D - Tuna quiche (tuna, quark and eggs baked in oven)

Lots of water, 2 fruit teas, 1 diet iron bru

Today another pp days as was a little naughty sat night:)

B) 2 x eggs on toast ( dukan bread)
L) 2 x turkey patties, fat free natural yoghurt.
D) 200g chicken breast, sugar free jelly.
S) turkey ham, 2 tbsp extra light philli.

2 litres water.
2 x tea
2 x coffee.

PP day
B - Costa Skinny latte with sugar free vanilla (hope that allowed as only milk allowance today/ 2 muffins
L - 2 chicken thighs/3 drumsticks all skin removed
D - pot roast beef with Dukan BBQ sauce
S - 2 muffins - flavoured with orange essence - amazing!!!
 
Does that mean the famous Dukan BBQ sauce is now a no-go as it contains Worcestershire sauce?

I'd say rather, if you're losing while having it, go ahead... but, as you near target and/or find you stall, that will be one of the things you'll stop! :D

D - rabbit with green beans, custard (made with powder and skimmed milk)

I seem to be eating a lot more that some of the menu's on here, I like my food though and this seems to still be working :)
 
You're fine ME... Some eat far more and lose. Often in fact those who eat more (protein) lose faster!
