Daily menus

Wednesday - PV

B - oatbran porridge, small skinny latte
L - create your own salad from the canteen at work - made it new york deli style with pastrami, hard boiled eggs and gherkins
D - out for a friends birthday at an American-style grill - planning to order half a chicken (taking off the skin) and side salad
 
PV day today:)

B) Grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, 3 x poached eggs.
L) 1/2 cucumber, 5 x cherry toms, 1 x green pepper 2 x tbsp extra light philli and 150ml fat free yoghurt
D) Mixed salad, 2 xhomemade burgers, 2 x dukan buns and sugar free jelly:)

2 litres of water.
2 x coffee.

Certainly helps writing what you have eaten down...been worrying im not eating enough! by the looks of this im eating plenty!!
 
PV day - very busy so tired out completely!
B - 2 muffins
L - BNS Soup (v spicy - yum!)
D - beef with mushroom and onion sauce/ 2 muffins
 
23rd Nov pp day

B- scrambled eggs & prawns
L- prawns
T- chicken
Total 0%
S- skimmed milk in coffee
Gallette for supper
 
Having another PP today as driving down to outside Manchester tom-morrow to stay with friends so will be easier to have PV over weekend have also made muffins to take with me for munching on

B- oatbran porridge black coffee
L- scrambled egg & smoked salmon, black coffee
D- not sure yet maybe chicken
Eta dinner was meatballs I found lurking at the bottom of the freezer thats down here they may have been pork or turkey not sure lol

Planned PV Menu Thursday


B: Oatbran porridge; 2 tbsp oatbran, water, sweetner & vanilla + 1 glass of water

L: Turkey bolognese; turkey mince, chopped tomatoes, onion & garlic

Small bit of leftover 0% yoghurt w/ sugar free jelly

500ml water

D: Sort of.. beef casserole with leek, onion, carrot, beef & low salt stock cube

maybe sugar-free jelly

+ 50 minutes of cardio in the gym today
+ 500ml water

+ I have a 750ml bottle of water with me for the rest of the day :)
 
Well a dissapoint day today as i had a long day of training about Diabetes and went straight over my head! lol didnt help that i never had breakfast so filled up on coffee and tea till dinner time!

B) Nothing:(
L) Chicken breast with mixed vegetables.
D) Burnt chicken stew with a muffin as a dumpling! lol
S) fat free fromage frais.

1 litre of water
6 coffees

D - Roast chicken with bbq sauce from the recipe thread, this was really really yummy, almost felt naughty!!

D - 1 large meatball/6 pieces of baked chicken coated in 1tblspn oatbran and chilli and Dukan BBQ Sauce/ Dukan custard

L- had taken chicken & veg soup with me on my travels & had a black costa coffee & Smoked salmon
D- honey & mustard chicken with broccoli & carrot & suede mash (at friends)
2 coffees 2 x 1/2 pints diet coke & 1 litre water

Today PV
B- 2 orange & mixed spice muffins ff Greek yoghurt black coffee
L- red onion omelette 2 blackcoffees
D- chicken salad & muffins

Tomorrow PV:
B - Porridge with cinnamon
L - Mini onion quiches x 4, vegetable soup
D - Dukan bolognese, salad
S - Rhubarb
 
Feel like I have eaten a horse this weekend as been out and about all the time and not totally Dukan friendly but could have been a lot worse!!!
SAT - PV day

L - Salmon with pepper and mustard seed/ 50gms ham
D- Salmon/ broccoli/cauliflower
S - 1 muffin
ALOT OF VODKA - 8 SHOTS (whoops!!!)

SUNDAY PV
B - Ham and mushroom omelette/ salad
L - fillet of Hake/ Spinach
D - fillet steak and onion sauce/ 3 muffins
AND A HANGOVER!!!!!
