L - Boiled eggs x 2, roasted BNS stuffed with mushrooms and courgettes
D - Beef and vegetable soup
S - Rhubarb
 
Another PP day to try and make amends for the weekend!
B - 2 muffins
L - scrambled egg with slice of onion cut fine and 1/2 slice of ham v finely chopped
D - sirloin steak + onion sauce/ 2 muffins/ ff greek yoghurt
 
PP for me today,
B- oatbran porridge
L- salmon prawns &mussels
D- turkey cottage cheese
 
PP Thursday tomorrow (white and no eggs!)

B - porridge made with water, served with strained yogurt and cinnamon
L - fish and seafood in white sauce, fromage blanc
D - tuna 'mayonnaise', roast chicken, custard

L - Mini Ham Quiches x 4
D - Chicken breast x 2
S - Jelly

Yesterday was PP

B - Oatbran porridge with vanilla flavouring
L - Chicken & FF yoghurt (Vanilla)
D - Dukan style meetballs with Dukan BBQ sauce

Today is PV -

B - Oatbran porridge with Vanilla
L - Leftover meatballs with sliced red pepper and beetroots
D - Dukan cottage pie with BNS mash on top - cant wait to try this!

Been really struggling last few days to stay on track hopefully todays PV day will help!
