Monday PP Day

B: 1x Black Coffee
Oatbran porridge w/ 1 tsp skimmed milk powder, water & 1 tsp sweetner

L: Chicken Breast marinated with chilli powder, cayenna, garlic & onion

maybe a sugar-free jelly

D: Extra-lean homemade meatballs

+ 2 litres of water + various green teas etc
+ some sort of exercise..
 
PV today
B- cinnamon oatbran porridge
L- is a freezer surprise soup lol looks like spicy red pepper & tomato also have some chicken
D- stew & veg
 
PP for me...

B lean ham omelette with 10g Oatbran
L braised calves liver in skimmed milk with some onion
D chicken, some onion, curry powder and light soya sauce
S muller light vanilla yoghurt with 20g Oatbran, some slow cooked beef.

B - 2 muffins
L - omelette with ham and mushroom/ salad/ 3 chicken legs (hungry today)
D - fillet steak/carrot and swede mash/ mushroom and onion sauce/ 1 muffin
 
Tuesday PV Day

B: 1 x coffee w/ drop skimmed milk & 1 x black coffee
Oatbran porridge; 1 tsp skim milk powder, 1 tsp sweetener

L: Chicken & leek soup (homemade)

D: Salmon fillet w/ chopped tomatoes & 2/3 broccoli florets

+ 2 litres water
+ various green teas
+ 20 minute jog (in the cold :( )

B - 1/2 Dukan bread and scrambled egg (1 yolk two whites)
L - rest of bread with chicken liver pâté, white fish and smoked salmon
D - 1/2 roast chicken, fromage blanc
 
Wednesday PP Menu

pre-breakfast :) - bits of chicken & 1 x black coffee

B: oatbran porridge w/ 1 tsp sweetener & 1 tsp skimmed milk powder

1x peppermint tea

L: Grilled chicken breast + 2 grilled fat-reduced bacon

1x sugar-free jelly

D: Salmon & coley fillets

+ 2 litres water
+ a few spoonfuls of 0% greek yoghurt & snacking on bits of tuna

D- mince made into chilli with peppers & onion
 
PV day and starving!!!!
B - 2 muffins
L - fillet steak/ carrot and swede/mushroom and pepper sauce
D - fillet steak/ 100gms turkey/Roast BNS/ rest of sauce - 1 muffin
Just made a BNS soup so may sample some of that later!!!

had 1 x glass of water & 1 x peppermint tea & 1 x green tea

snack: 4 tsp FF natural yoghurt w/sweetener

L: Chicken breast w/ grilled peppers & tomatoes

D: have mince out.. possibly try a chilli or shephards pie..

1x peppermint tea (doing wonders for my digestion :) )

"cheesecake topping": 2 tbsp quark, 1 tsp sweetener, drop of skimmed milk + vanilla essence

D: I have no idea yet going shopping later...thinking chicken.. & perhaps I'll make chocolate mousse or sugar-free jelly for a pudding :)

Maintainer - NOTED! Know lunch yesterday was not enough - not enough planning and rushed hence the small amount, not usual and i made up for it at dinner with tons of chicken!
