D - chicken with chilli and garlic/ dukan bbq sauce/ 1 muffin
Started with the Green Tea supplement yesterday and keep running to the loo!!!

B Fat free Fromage frais, boiled egg.
L (very late) beef mince mixed with oat bran, egg and seasoning.

Day 1 Cruise PV
B plain yogurt and sugar free jelly to flavour and a few Cherry tomatoes
L minced beef (inc. oat bran and an egg) and a lovely salad :)
D roast beef and broccoli

First PP of the year! Not too strict to ease myself in gently.:)

B - galette with egg
L - smoked salmon, 'coronation' chicken
D - fish and prawns in white sauce, maybe cold roast chicken (I cooked 2 small ones yesterday in preparation) or fromage blanc - depends how hungry I am!
