D: Salmon steak, poached eggs

Tuesday:

L: cottage cheese & tuna
D: Chilli mince

B 2 boiled eggs and Dukan muffin with extra light Dairylea cheese triangle.
L chicken & cabbage, strawberry mousse with strawberry SF jelly.
D salad & fish or lean beef

PP today - not Thursday but had sugar overload this weekend - yuck, feel dreadful!

PV, fruit and cheese for the rest of the week and Green PV on Thursday.

B - scrambled eggs
L - roast chicken, fromage blanc
D - Dukan bread chicken sandwich
 
pp today up very late so
Brunch - 3 warm orange & mixed spice muffins, 1/2 sweetend greek yoghurt, will have some prawns in a while
Dinner - salmon & cottage cheese
Snack - 2 muffins, rest of greek yoghurt
 
PP cruise
B Oat bran muffin of sorts ( was horrible :tongue: ) & yogurt falovoured with SF jelly.
L very small amount of chicken ( ran out of time!)
D meat loaf, strawberry mousse, jelly and yogurt

1.5L sparking water and several mugs of tea

scales showed id dropped that other lb i put on at xmas but having today & tommorrow as a pp day to shock my body back into it after all my blips lol

Attack done but going straight into 4pp/3pv, so PP day today:

L: Tuna, cottage cheese & chopped gherkin
S: (after gym) Roast chicken thigh (skin removed)
D: Parcel baked fish fillet with herbs & lemon, poached eggs

Exercise - gym (however long I can stay on the treadmill before finally falling off lol!)
