Daily menus

up really blooming late today.... must get my sleeping habits sorted :(

PP last one of my restart
Brunch- 3 slices lean bacon with all visable fat removed, omellette with 1 whole & 1 white
Dinner- mince
going to attempt a savoury gallette later filled with quark & smoked salmon I think
 
PP day
B - 1 muffin
L - turkey
D - chicken coated in chilli oatbran and dukan bbq sauce

methinks you're not eating enough...
 
There was alot of turkey and chicken involved in both meals!!! Usually have the oatbran in the muffins which adds more food too on a PP fday- finding PP days a bit uninspiring - got a few recipes off the thread to try as seem to be sticking to the same things. Will try and increase amounts!!!

B - 2 muffins
L - Chicken and BNS curry leftovers and spinach
D - steak/swede + carrot/ mushroom and onion sauce/ 2 muffins

Green PV Thursday

B - 1/2 galette with 2 poached eggs
L - roast chicken with leeks, fromage blanc
D - rest of galette with tuna mayonnaise, white fish and smoked salmon in white sauce with spinach
 
Today's PV:
B - Chocolate orange muffin
L - Omelette, vegetable soup
D - Mince, spinach, brussel sprouts

Tomorrow's PP:
B - Ginger and rhubarb muffin with cream cheese icing
L - Spicy turkey soup
S - Tuna
D - Chilli
 
PV today
B- oatbran porridge
L- venison burger & carrot & swede mash
D- chicken & butternut squash curry
 
PP day
B - 2 muffins
L - turkey
D - chicken with chilli and garlic/ 2 muffins and dukan custard
MMMMMMM must get more inventive on PP days!!! Need to plan ahead.

yours might be smaller ;) (provided each of you has the daily ration of oatbran, it's up to you whether you prefer large ones like me, or smaller ones ;))
 
I have one large muffin a day. Looking forward to next stage when I can have more oatbran and thus more muffins!!
 
im making muffins today for lunch so will take a picci LOL they are in regular size muffin cases i think but dontcome out as big as a shop bought muffin LOL

First PV day... bliss :D

B: Oatbran porridge
L: Salad nicoise
D: Fajitas (of course since it's Fajita Friday :) )
S: Carrot with extra light laughing cow

Exercise: 50 mins X-Trainer... and burnt nearly 400 calories :) (most of that was trying to keep up with the tempo of Aha's Take On Me!)
