PV conso with extra fruit/no bread

B - Dukan porridge
L - chicken, ratatouille, fromage blanc, apple
S - yogurt
D - green salad, cheese and onion omelette, yogurt, pear
 
PV style day (or best I can manage)

B: cappuccino, yog with bran & Gogi berries
S: raspberry muffin
L: roasted tomato & pepper soup
S: more raspberry muffins
D: not sure yet - but aiming protein & veg

im having another pp as the quality street called my name again last night :(
B- poached egg & smoked salmon
L- muffins & ff greek yoghurt
D- smoked haddock, prawns & mussells
 
PV day
B - 2 muffins
L - chicken tikka and a skinny latte
D - salmon/prawns/pak choi/mange tout/ green beans/samphire/broccoli with extra lite philly/ 2 muffins with vanilla cream cheese icing.
I PROMISE to cut down on cream cheese intake!!! LOL x

Didn't post yesterdays, so:

Mon:
B: oatbran porridge
S: tinned tuna (pre-gym)
L: homemade chicken broth (post-gym)
D: homemade chicken burgers, pickles

Exercise: 5k run, resistance training, 15min bike ride

Tues:
B: oatbran porridge
L: Tuna, chopped gherkin
D: Cajun baked cod

Exercise: Spinning class
 
PV today
B- carrot & mixed spice muffins
L- freezer surprise ;) think its chilli LOL
D- cajun chicken salad
 
Tuesday PP:
B - Rhubarb and ginger muffin, cream cheese icing
L - Tuna
D - Mince with garlic and a chilli (no stock)
S - Jelly

Wednesday PV:
B - Rhubarb and ginger muffin
L - Omelette, vegetable soup
D - Chicken and broccoli with cauliflower sauce
 
PP day
B - 2 muffins
L - turkey
D - chicken with chilli and garlic and Dukan BBQ sauce/ 2 muffins
Failing miserably to change my PP days - need to get onto it!

B - Galette (egg white only) with poached eggs
L - roast chicken, fromage blanc
D - prawns and fromage blanc/lemon juice, meatloaf

L- cajun chicken & cottage cheese
D- salmon
 
Thursday PP:
B - Rhubarb and ginger muffin
L - Tuna, boiled eggs x 2
D - Huge piece of salmon baked with lime zest, smidge of ginger and a green chilli

L - roast beef/ cabbage/carrot/swede
D - chicken and salad/2 muffins

L- salmon & cherry tomatoes (roasted?)

Doing 4pp/3pv so:

Yesterday (Wednesday) PP
B: Oatbran porridge
L: Tuna omlette with a side order of crabsticks
S: Chicken thigh (skin removed before cooking)
D: Kofte with garlic & mint yoghurt sauce.
Pud: Supposed to be strawbery blamanche type thingy, only vaguely edible so will try again tonight!!

Exercise: 50 mins x-trainer followed by some resistance training.

Today (Thursday) - PP
B: Oatbran porridge
L: Chicken omlette with side order of crabsticks
D: Chicken cordon bleu (stuffed with extra light cheese triangle & wrapped in ham)
Pud: Second attempt at blamange thingy!

L - tuna with quark/maya vinaigrette/chicken with curry powder and yoghurt
D - chicken breast with chilli and garlic and Dukan BBQ Sauce/ 2 muffins and dukan custard
Pleased I managed to find another PP dish to eat - tuna was lovely AND have now had three days Philly Lite free! LOL
