not posted my menus from Monday - strange
anyway today Wed - 25/1 PP
muffins
2 dry fried eggs in the next 5 mins
roast beef - cold
roast chicken - cold now grilling on the GF for work :)
2 big roast salmon fillets dusted with smoked paprika & black pepper
yoghurt
 
PV day for me today, ever so slightly offplan as its burns night here so having the traditional scots dinner minus the tatties :D

B- 2 rhubarb muffins, 100gm ff greek yoghurt
L- beef casserole (left overs from monday)
D- haggis & neeps :D
 
I want haggis, we have none left in the freezer:(. I would try making some with oatbran but kitchen situation is challenging.

PP tomorrow - extra exercise shovelling rubble will make up for it not being stabilisation standards!

B - Dukan bread
L - smoked salmon, roast chicken, fromage blanc
D - cheeseburger pie without the veg, just a tiny bit of onion and garlic, yogurt if hungry

L - roast beef/ carrot/cabbage/strawberry mousse made with quark!!!
D - turkey/ tomatoes/chicken with chilli and oat bran/ dukan bbq sauce

S: Miso soup with tofu cubes
D: stir fried chilli ginger beef

I have a chicken in the oven for tomorrow, as I'm on 4 pps this week.
 
Strange day for me as LONG hairdresser's appt tonight!

B: chicken (marinated in garlic, ginger and herbs) and steak (fried with the chicken) cubes

L: salmon, chicken leg
0% yoghurt

S: sugar free jelly, chicken thigh

D: muffins (savoury with 1/3 crabstick in each)

Lots of water!

Zoe - your lunch looks pure veg? did you add protein at lunch at all? The idea is 2/3 protein, 1/3 veg where possible for best results on the diet...
Watch those seafood sticks. OK in an emergency to have up to 8 per day, but check out their ingredients!

I hate days when I can't have my muffins for breakfast! Today I can't cos easier to eat them for dinner in the car! So... PV/PP day ;)

more chicken and jelly on arrival at the house in the country while OH eats fruit!

Friday - PV

B - bacon (fat trimmed off), scrambled egg and mushrooms
L - Colleagues are going out so it will be Nandos or a salad from work canteen if I don't go
D - Miracle soup, venison burgers, Dukan bread

B- poached egg & a slice of smoked salmon
L- lemon & fresh ginger muffins, ff greek yoghurt
D- good sized portion of salmon (have a whole side for tonight) cottage cheese
S- sf jelly, strawberry mousse
 
PV day
B - 2 muffins
L - turkey/ham/cabbage and carrot
D - thin sliced fillet steak marinaded in soy/ginger/garlic/chilli/ swede and carrot/ RoastedBNS/ 2 muffins
 
saturday PV (out this evening)
B- muffins
L- salmon, roasted peppers & cherry tomatoes
D- steak hopefully & veg
